Melissa and Anne Marie's prices are more than reasonable (the cost per glass was significantly less than the competitors I reached out to), and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. They put time and energy into everything they work on. I used them for my July wedding, and they spent weeks finding and arranging the perfect light blue and blush stemware for me. Throughout the process, without me asking, they would send me updates and photos on how it was all coming together. They could have just dropped off the glasses the day before the wedding and left us to deal with them, but in advance of my wedding day, they went out of their way to contact us and explain in detail how everything would need to be arranged by the venue and planner - in order to look *perfect*on the tables. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, there was a few glasses accidentally broken. We offered to pay, but they refused to take money from us. They explained that this is what they love to do and they didn't want to create any type of burden associated with our special day. They truly are an AWESOME pair. After filling out the rental request form online I hadn't heard anything, then filled another out a week later, and called the number listed with no answer. A week later I received an email with a screenshot of my request asking to confirm my info, to which I replied "Yes." Then few days later I get a text from a random number stating "my phone was broke" and asking to confirm info again. Then they informed me that what I rented was not available, I asked for something in its place and they just replied "yes", lol that's it. After booking with another company I texted to cancel my reservation and received a rapid response that time stating "Ok, we will remove you from the schedule." Didn't ask why or what they could do to keep my business. Just seems like terrible customer service, glad I didn't let them ruin my daughter's first birthday party!

I had the guests leave the linens and towels on the front porch and voila! Gone by 10am. The following day elves returned them, clean and neatly folded, just in time for the cleaners to re-make the beds. Got a notification from Tom, sent a Venmo, and have now saved the number. They can also work directly with your cleaners if you do this regularly. Yes, they can do fast turns (under 24 hour turns) but will need a heads up from you in advance. Highly recommend.
