Lots of people waiting to get lunch in the surrounding restaurants so I had to wait a bit for parking. I didn't mind it but if you're in a hurry best do your laundry not during lunch ‍ My medium machines were big enough to get the job done. I ones I used were $6.75. **WARNING** I didn't see the bleach used in the machine. My whole load smelled like chlorine but luckily my detergent lighted the smell. Just double check in the top of the machines (detergent area) to make sure there isn't any left over remanence from the load before. I finally posted after a collection of bad experiences. What made me post was the person who now I suspect is you blocking the entrance of the parking lot fire several minutes when there were parking spots available in the back. It's very entitled. I suspect is you because the guy seemed to be carrying a bag of cash w him when getting into his truck. I was certainly a customer and even though my name is Karen I have a valid reason to express my point of view about this place. I provided valid proof how filthy and unsanitary this place is and they need to fix it. The fact that the owner express that a certain manager was fired for incompetence only supports how bad this place is. I think putting what happened between you and your employees in an unrelated case like this only shows who you are not only as a boss but as a person. Not taking responsibility for the actual problem and trying to place the blame in someone else.
