The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Soon after a tech named Brian texted with me and asked for some more details on the model number as well as some pictures so he could get me a quote. I sent them on July 12th. I was happy knowing I had what seemed to be a responsive pool company that would help me with my issues, however..... That was the last time I had communication with them. I reached out several times via text and by calling the office. Zero response via text and the office always promised a manager would call. But they never once did. I finally called today (July 23rd) and asked for a refund on my service call. But it turns out they had never charged me. I do not attribute this to their kindheartedness, but rather to their disfunction as a business. I am not sure why they decided to waste my time and ignore me, perhaps my job just wasn't worth their time. But in the end, I have come to this conclusion: it is my opinion that if you need pool service in the greater Memphis area, look elsewhere. I am already working with another company that treats me with just a little bit like a valuable customer.

If you want a Pool and Spa Company who goes "Above and Beyond" then this is the one!…read more Mike Matthews, the owner himself knew my client's hot tub custom cover order was delayed through the manufacturer. He specifically came up with the idea and offered to come out to my client's home ahead of time to clean the hot tub and put a temporary cover on to protect it from the weather. This was an incredible gesture that not only impressed my client and I, but the potential buyer of the home preparing for inspections. It's company's like this that you can count on and anything to do with a Pool or Spa- Mike Matthews is the first and only call I will make.

Our pool pump decided to quit…read moreon a Friday night just as we were about to get extremely cold temperatures in the next few days. I couldn't get ahold of our pool builder and most pool service companies were closed for the weekend. Major damage could have occurred with our pool without the pump running for freeze protection. I got ahold of Justin at All Clean Pools on Saturday morning. He said he had a pump in stock and quoted us a fair price for the repair. His technician wasn't able to get to our place until it was getting dark because they had other pools to service. The technician worked from 8pm until 10:30 in the dark and bitter cold to get a new pump installed and everything is now in working order. They really saved us from possible major repairs and I highly recommend All Clean Pools.
