Wally's prices are reasonable (less than the big box pool companies and you get better service) and he's responsive when you call. A final thought, if you use a large company for your pool maintenance, they don't care if you are dissatisfied. The people doing the work are just there for a check and don't care about you or your equipment, or your pool. Wally is a small business owner and he definitely cares. Precision Pools is a life saver. I woken up up Friday to a half empty pool. I called my "former"…read morepool company that told me they had mentioned that the pool "water looked a little low" when they cleaned it that week. I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.

He specifically came up with the idea and offered to come out to my client's home ahead of time to clean the hot tub and put a temporary cover on to protect it from the weather. This was an incredible gesture that not only impressed my client and I, but the potential buyer of the home preparing for inspections. Our pool pump decided to quit…read moreon a Friday night just as we were about to get extremely cold temperatures in the next few days. I couldn't get ahold of our pool builder and most pool service companies were closed for the weekend. Major damage could have occurred with our pool without the pump running for freeze protection. I got ahold of Justin at All Clean Pools on Saturday morning. He said he had a pump in stock and quoted us a fair price for the repair. His technician wasn't able to get to our place until it was getting dark because they had other pools to service. The technician worked from 8pm until 10:30 in the dark and bitter cold to get a new pump installed and everything is now in working order. They really saved us from possible major repairs and I highly recommend All Clean Pools.
