I decided to try Elements Massage on Holman mainly due to its convenience of being close to home. I was scheduled to see Emily, and have been seeing her since then. What I appreciate about Emily is that she takes the time to educate you on not only the cause of pain and tension, but ways to improve your self-care at home: utilizing ice packs, stretches, salt soaks, etc. Incorporating these in my own routines has made a huge improvement in my post recovery workouts and back/neck tension. At my last session, I was feeling so tired that I told Emily I felt like I will pass out on the table. I let Emily do her magic and she delivered giving me nice, relaxing full-body massage. It was such a great treat, and a testimony, on how much my back/neck tension has improved in few months. I enjoyed it so much that I booked a 90 min session with Emily next month. While you can book single sessions, the membership at Elements is such a great deal.
