Well we tried. I received a gift certificate for 200.00. I went with my daughter and we had a dual massage (in the same room). All was good, it was a decent massage but it was far from a calm atmosphere. There was talking and other noise. When I broke out the gift certificate they didn't want to accept it. They stated that something was wrong with it and it was only good for a 90 minute massage. We each had an hour massage. I was like: well either take it or don't but I'm outta here. The gal called her boss on the phone and she accepted the certificate but made a notation on the certificate (the remaining balance) that it was only good for a 90 minute massage. Angela was my masseuse and at first I thought because she has such a pretty face and very small body. I was going to get a very weak and unprofessional massage. I was wrong. 9/14/25 - This could have been an Amazing massage with a Beautiful woman, but it was Not & the reason it was Not is because she wanted to talk about How much she expected to get "tipped" & why 30% was Not enough, but $60 to $80 was for a "regular" 60 to 90 minute massage & the reason they will Not tell you their name, until "after" you tip, is because, if you are Not a "Big Tipper", they will know, because you don't know the "name" of the woman you want, Plus the Last half of my 90 minute massage, in a Very cold room, was "noticably" WORSE than the First !!! . . . This place had some pros and cons. I purchased a Groupon and got a great deal but they asked me to return the Groupon and pay the same price in cash. Seemed a little odd but I was willing to comply. The parking situation is horrific- the lot is full of tow zones, driving schools, construction, etc. It took me around 10 minutes to find a parking spot and even then I was anxious about getting towed due to the confusing signage. Inside the spa, one of the women stared at my body for a long time then asked if I was pregnant. I know this is standard to ask for a massage but the way she stared made it seem rude. I'm not super thin but definitely don't think I look pregnant. The spa itself is really simple. It has paper thin walls, so you can strongly smell the Pho place next door (unfortunately not a good smell- I think we went during broccoli steaming hour) and hear everything. There was a 15 minute conversation in the lobby that we could hear as if the people were talking into our ears and it was pretty disruptive. You can also hear car noise and doors opening and closing. We got a couples massage and they had the man massage me and a woman massage my boyfriend which was fine, my boyfriend just prefers more pressure so usually it's the other way around. It was a good massage overall but the movements were very repetitive (I started to notice each stroke happened exactly 20 times) and there isn't a lot of communication. Hot stones were used on me without warning (they felt good it's just a shocking feeling when you don't expect it). My back ended up being super scarred from the hot rocks. Four days later and there are still purple lines up and down my back. The checkout was confusing. I had to ask them if I could pay and they never said how much it was- the language barrier made it super hard to work out the financial details. I ended up just paying the groupon price plus a generous tip to cover any extras. She didn't count it or say we could leave. After some awkwardness we left so I hope it all ended up okay. The people seemed sweet but the location and methods really aren't up to par. Great price (apparently don't buy the groupon) and decent massage but I can't say I'd recommend it. read more

If you are the type of person who want to bust knots on your back and shoulder, I highly recommend setting an appointment with Yuna or Mary. We had a couples massage which includes hot stone massage on your whole back. Experience: She really digged in my back but she always checked in with me for pressure. I felt my back unloaded and free after the massage. My mom and I loved the hot stone massage on our backs and arms as it relaxed our muscles. This is a basic massage place but I would come back again here after hard shifts in a row. My back feels refreshed . Yuna is also the sweetest and even gave me black tea/sugar because I had my period then. My mom loved her massage and felt very refreshed as if her back is "so free." She usually finds other massage places to be too much pressure, but this is a match for her. The hot stone is a fave. This is a massage in which you will have to remove your clothes and will be covered with a blanket throughout for privacy. Robes are provided. Your back may be exposed at times for the masaage and hot stone therapy. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable. I removed my face mask for prone position and applied my mask when supine. Parking: We came at 7 pm so parking wasn't bad. Call ahead to set an appointment. It is right next to a pho place. Payment: cash is preferred. Same as others, I was asked to return the Groupon because they get charged more compared to cash payment. Please prepare a generous tip, especially if you are paying a discounted price. Suggestion: They may have just forgotten because we came late but would appreciate to have our temps checked as for everybody else. read more

Went back last week and this time I did not use a groupon. Massage was decent but the lady stepped out multiple times to answer phone/bell, disappointing service. After the massage I paid a 15 $ tip on a 60 $ massage which is 25%, but she laughed and said people usually pay 20 $ tip and that 15 is very less. I said I think it is a decent tip and she said OK No problem. Very disappointed, new owners if true look even worse. I went and had a 90 minute massage. The massage was actually pretty good. The therapist seemed to be friendly, but at the end she wasn't pleased with the tip and all furnace. I left a bigger tip than I usually do at other establishments, where they seem to be quite pleased with 20 to 30%..... feel free to get a massage from Maggie but expect to be treated rude if you don't tip excessively! read more

I can't say I had the best experience as there were a few things I noticed. I've been to a variety of massage places before and I'm moving to the area so I'm looking for new places. The main thing is the language barrier. I scheduled online which was fairly easy, but coming from far away, knew I was gonna be late, I called and asked if they could move my appointment from 6pm-6:15pm, they just said "okay. " When I got there, I wasn't even asked for my name or if I had an appointment, I guess she just assumed it was me based on the phone call. When I got there I could tell they didn't speak English. They placed me in a room and partially closed the door. They didn't ask me if I had any allergies, previous injuries, areas to work on, etc etc. As a healthcare worker this isn't good because what is someone does have an injury and you need to be careful. This was more of a deep massage which I like, however due to the language barrier makes it difficult to communicate so I had no idea what she was going to do next, it shocked me when she got on the table and pushed my back with her legs. I think maybe 5 words were exchanged during the entire time. I did tip when she said "tip?" at the end of session a good amount. I'm not trying to be rude but I'm not likely to come back because I'm unable to communicate with staff. It would be helpful if someone spoke good English there. read more

Called ahead for a 30 min 1st time trial. Sophia was pleasant, a little rushed, but good. Swedish Massage - Mainly concentrated on back and glutes (I asked). The $10 more for deep tissue seems weak as an value add on. Hot towel wipe down at the end. So minimal, and for $40 + tip an ok start.I may go back and try a longer session. I was there today with my groupon deal for massage. I called and set up an appointment ,letting them know I have a groupon. I was driving for my appointment but they called me and said they cannot take me because the person is sick and need to reschedule. It was not nice because I have been already going to my appointment , but I gave them the second chance. Called ahead for a 30 minute trial run. A decent 1st time experience with Sophia, albeit pretty basic in service. Clean establishment. Parking is a bit tight. 2 spots in front are provided. Swedish massage was $40, deep tissue (or more pressure) was another $10. I stuck with the Swedish and it did the trick for the most part though I do like harder pressure. At times it felt rushed but not overly. Hot towel at the end. I will probably try again with a longer session to fully gauge the whole experience. read more

I am so glad I found this place. The office is simple and low key. It's not fancy, but the massage is incredible. I've tried many places from fancy locations in Bellevue, chains like Massage Envy, and recommendations all the way in Tacoma (yes, I'd make the drive for a good massage) and have not been a repeating customer at other places. Yes, it's not at the nicest location town, but if the bottom line is a good massage, give them a try. Hours are flexible. Many times I've called at 6pm when I realize that my back needs some work and they'd take me within an hour. It's a family owned business with very nice people. read more

Very bad customer service. Bought groupon, called and scheduled an appointment for couples massage for Fathers Day with the manager. My husband and I show up and got told that there is new owner and they dont take groupon anymore. We were told if we want massage then we have to pay cash. The place is very poorly maintained, broken glass door upon entry, smells so strong of fragrance as if they are trying to cover something up. I would have given zero stars if I could. I typically don't write a review if it's going to be a negative one but I felt like this was just beyond a horrible experience and I also think something illegal is going on at this place. I went in for a 90 minute massage. They called me 40 mins before my massage and asked if I was coming and I said yes but it's not for another 40 mins to which she said okay as long as you are really coming. I thought that was strange. Anyway, showed up and the lady comes out and asks if I made an appt. I said yes and she immediately says "hundred dollars" and proceeded to ask for my payment. I thought that was super odd since every other massage place asks for the payment after the massage. I proceeded anyway. When it came to the tip amount I was like ummm what should I put? I didn't know how the service would be so I figured I would put $10 for now and if she was good I'll give her cash at the end. She was watching the whole time and when I wrote down $10 and $113 ($100 for massage, $3 for transaction fee, and $10 for tip) she said "oh that's not enough, $10 for 90 mins is not enough". I was so confused I thought maybe I didn't understand her correctly so I asked what she meant. She said "I work on you for 90 mins and do a great job so you need to pay me more too" to which I said "you haven't done the service yet and I don't know how good a job you will do" to which she said "I work very hard and you need to pay me more" then I said "I'm paying you $100 for the massage and SO FAR $10 for a tip before I e even stepped 10 feet into your door". She then told me that she doesn't get ANY of the $100 and the only money she gets is what I tip. At that point I just said give me a refund and she said she didn't know how so I told her to call her boss. She got super nervous and fumbled then went in the safe and grabbed a huge wad of cash to refund me that way. It was the strangest experience I've ever had so I looked to see if this place was listed on any of those "happy ending" massage sites. Sure enough, first one that came up! Ugh! So weird. I'm giving a 2/5 just for cleanliness and the friendly front desk person. I read positive reviews, was willing to try. I was ushered into a room right away and instructed to prepare for my massage. The massage therapist entered, did not introduce herself, did not ask which areas I wanted her to focus, didn't even say hi but jumped right in. Honestly, worse massage I've ever had. Felt like she was just slopping oil all over my back. When I asked her to modify her technique, she stopped what she was doing and had to leave the room to get a worker who spoke English. This happened each time I needed to speak! I could only tolerate 20 mins of my 60 min session. When I politely asked her to just end the session, she again had to get her co worker who spoke English, left the door of the room WIDE OPEN with me laying on the table, in order to interpret. Then they dragged another masseuse into the room trying to offer a different therapist with me STILL LAYING ON THE TABLE! Unbelievable! Will NOT be returning here. read more
