This website = ONLINE SHOPPING FRAUD. *The actual products looks different in style and have different material than the photos that they showed on their website. *Some of the products doesn't have labels/plastic wrap on the products. It looks like returned products or a quick DIY just to fulfill the order. I recently received some items from this website as a Christmas gift. I have ordered something small from them in the past and had no issues whatsoever...but then again, I didn't have to return anything from that order. The Christmas gift is another story. I ended up returning everything that I received from them the second order because they absolutely did not look like the photos...what looked "sheer" in the photos was practically see-thru when it got to my home, sizes did not match the "sizing charts" provided on the site, colors were off, etc. I returned my items in a timely fashion and figured I would have no problems with them receiving it since I used their prepaid return shipping label provided. WRONG. I admit it was not in my best interest to not note the tracking number, but they should be able to find it somehow...by, say...the order number? I sent my items back in the beginning of January and have been calling every 1 to 2 weeks to check back. Now it's been three months. I called one final time and the woman on the other line was able to do nothing. Frustrated and irate, I did some research to see just how legit this company is...only to find numerous complaints about this same issue. I searched their business on the Better Business Bureau's website and found a few complaints regarding returns and refunds. I was on a lingerie buying spree a while back, and liked their pricing. I ordered a few different things, and got them in pretty good time. The only problem is that the quality wasn't that great... I admit that it's difficult to know if something will fit right when you order it online... so the sizes I got might have been too small on a couple items. Anyway, I ruined them by just putting the on and taking them off. (I'm talking some sexy corsets and bustiers.) The next day the card was used four times out of state in the total amount of $990.04. Terrible customer service. A friend order some gifts for me from this site and they weren't to my liking to i spent a great deal of time looking through the website to find something to exchange for them. I filled out the exchange form and sent my things back but never received the requested exchange items. When I contacted Lingerie Diva to see where my things were they informed me that my friend had been refunded the money instead of sending me the things I requested as an exchange. She said that you can only exchange for the same item in a different color or size, although their exchange/return policy states nothing about that. This was first of all embarrassing that my friend now knows I didn't like his gifts but also quite annoying because I wasted all that time perusing through the website choosing items to exchange that matched the amount of the original gifts (less shipping charges). And in the end I have nothing now. I responded to Lingerie Diva and asked what could be done about this because it is a fault on their end for not following through correctly on their return and exchange policy. However all they would say was "sorry." They should have sent me out the items I requested as an exchange in lieu of my original gifts. A poor way to do business and not fix your mistakes. read more

RIPOFF! I ordered several products from this company but never received my order. I contacted them repeatedly to tell them but they insisted it was sent and told me it could take several weeks. I had to initiate a charge-back action with my bank to finally get a refund. I know they are the least expensive but what good is that if you don't ever get what you order and you have to waste tons of time writing emails to them and calling the bank etc.? Unfortunately a few of my purchases didn't fit. Based on the sizing advertised they should have fit. My wife is a size 12 and the items that didn't fit weren't even close to be properly sized. I called on the 12 of January to ask how to best return the items that didn't fit. They told me I was beyond the 2 week return period. This is THE WORST online store for lingerie I had EVER purchased from. I purchase a corset set from them because it looked to be decent quality in the pictures and the price was unbeatable. It was so inexpensive that I even decided to go with 3 day shipping for a small additional fee. What did I have to lose? First of all, they requested I email them/fax them a copy of my drivers license and credit card as a "complimentary fraud test"....which I did not do as it seemed highly suspicious. When I attempted to call them about my concerns, it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone so I had to email them. The woman who got back to me seemed nice enough, although it delayed the shipping of my purchase by a day, which annoyed me because I specifically paid extra to have the item efficiently delivered. The item arrive 1 WEEK later!! Upon inspection, the quality of the corset was comically horrible. Not only did the corset not fit (it was much too big), but the straps and garter straps kept slipping off constantly (and even broke). Additionally the stocking they send me were much do small with very little room for forgiveness. Overall, I wasted my money and had a terrible experience dealing with these people. I am very upset with how everything went down and am honestly considering shredding the stuff I purchased because I have no real use for it. I ordered two cami sets and, with shipping costs, it still cost under $30. That's a steal compared to the prices I've seen in my local shops who try to sell a basic cami set for $25 or more. For the price, the quality is good and shipping only took 6 days. I can't vouch for the quality of more complex items such as corsets, but for cami, babydolls and other simple items, it's worth shopping here. read more

They looked like the picture when I put them on....I was nervous about the one size fits all but I took a chance...lingerie can be expensive but if you don't want to pay a lot of money or you want something different and unique then give this company a try! I am happy with my order....I paid through PayPal so wasn't worried about it being a scam...you should never put your actual card info on websites that are not secure anyways. OK..GUYS AND GIRLS LISTEN UP!. My husband and I are celebrating 20 year ANNIVERSARY. I order almost $300.00 in lingerie. Upon receiving the items, Two of the eight fit. I wear size 12 in jeans. The ones that did not fit was O/S, one size fits all. I tried them on the night I received the packages, when they did not fit, I and my hubby both carefully boxed them back up in original boxes or packaging THE SAME NIGHT, WITHIN 1 hour of receiving the order. I got RMA, and PREPAID LABEL FOR ALL THE ITEMS. I sent the items back on or around 9/24/2016. I waited about 8 days and called to check on refund. I was told they run 2 weeks behind processing refunds, which is IMPORTANT because you can only refund within 14 days of purchase. Anyways, I said ok, I was told as soon as they process I would be refunded. On 10/202016, I receive Message from LingerieDiva state they are returning the items back to me with $0.00 refunded. I immediately contacted PayPal to start a claim. Today on 10/21/2016 I called LingerieDiva, and asked why they were returning items to me? I was told that it was Hoisery and Hoisery that is on sale is all sales final. I said Which item was Hoisery, she COULD NOT ANSWER! I had ordered non Hoisery items. I asked how could a jumpsuit with a hoodie be Hoisery, she said YOU WORE THAT! I said you know that I DID NOT. I was then told, she was not going to listen to me and did not have to. I told her have good day. I have contacted the fraud dept at PayPal, I have contacted local police to file FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST the owner of this company. I ordered a Halloween costume and when I received it I tried it on real quick right in my kitchen after I opened it because I know those costume sizes are tough to judge. Of course it was about 5 sizes too small so I packed it right back up immediately and sent it back the next day and one of the options on the return form was "outfit didn't fit" or something along those lines. This was all still a week before Halloween. Over a month later I receieved my costume back from them stating they rejected the return because "the socks have appeared to been worn." Well of course they have, I had to try the costume on to see if it fit! My response from them was that they deal with "intimate apparel" and have to follow strict guidelines. That's fine with the "intimate apparel" but these were cheap nylong socks not worth more than $1 so a little common sense should kick in. There goes $60 down the drain. The Halloween store I went to encouraged people to try on there costumes, it was just really picked over when I was there so that's why I ordered online. carley said i will never be anything from lingerie diva ever again in life. when i place my order the corsets were on sale.i got two corset. one in ice blue 24.99 and one in black 39.99. well i get an email not even a phone call from lingerie diva. the email stated that the corset ice blue was discontinued and the i could get it in another color or cancel.i emailed them back telling them that black was fine. three days later i get another email. with my order costing 23.00 more. i called to find out why and lingerie dive supervisor(Jeniffer) said that the corset were no longer on sale and i could pay the difference or cancel. when i order them they were on sale so i should the sale price. its not my fault that they didn't have what was on the site. lingerie diva will never get my business again. their was no apology and they never tried to rectify the problem. the customer service is poor. don't waste your time or money. read more
