Ricca Sposa is such a unique experience that I fell in love with the second dress I tried on there. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted in a dress that I couldn't find at the other three stores I went to. Here I am able to work with the designer to customize several details on the dress as it's being made! One thing I also enjoyed about the appointment was that I had the entire shop to myself. It is a small boutique with very unique gowns. If that's what you are looking for (I was), then I would highly recommend this place! I am so grateful it was recommended to me!

Then it turned into July, then October, and still nothing as of November 2nd. Went to the store and told me that it wasn't supposed to ship until November 13th with an unknown arrival date. After 9 months of waiting and empty promises, and only 6 months to go until my wedding day, I cancelled the order. After some research, I found Ricca Sposa to be the next closet Pronovias retailer - 4 hours away. Karina was amazing with everything being handled over the phone. She reassured me through the whole process and was extremely responsive with any questions I had. Without asking, they lowered the price to almost match the previous purchase cost from the other store. I ordered my dress in the afternoon of 11/2 and it already arrived to their store in the afternoon of 11/11. Karina was kind enough to call me the minute the dress arrived and sent a quick video before sending it off. It arrived at my house less than 24 hours later. As excited as I was, I forgot to message her and inform her of the arrival. She emailed me at 7 am this morning (the next day) to make sure I received it. I truly can't express how grateful I am for Karina making my dream dress become a reality during a stressful time.

Walking in to this new boutique my first thought was "Chico's with sequins". The interior was very 80's (not the clothes) the lighting and fixtures. Bright lights, chrome etc. After adjusting my eyes I looked around and was immediately greeted by a friendly handsome middle aged Woman. The displays were of flashy yet tasteful outfits with bright prints and colors. They carry accessorises--scarves, handbags, jewelry and shoes as well. I was not familiar with any of the designers they carry; but after doing further research, they carry several reputable lines: Joseph Ribkoff, Christine Alexander and Karen Kane just to name a few. There was no confirmation of order, no follow up on the 8 attempts to reach them and it arrived 2-1/2 weeks later. The shoes I paid full price for (and pricey) do not fit and now they won't respond to the literally 8 times (email and phone) I have reached out about the return and the window of 5 days to refund them has expired. I am shocked that in this day and age if you are selling online that you consider the sale closed after it ships and simply ignore your customers. Now I am stuck with shoes I can never wear. BTW I never leave bad reviews. I am a person who goes out of my way to compliment places. But in this case I simply have given up. Avoid them -I don't care how awesome the things are they sell...find somewhere else to buy ! she may be sweet in person but a total flake online so she should shut down the online shop. The owners, Phil and Connie, are incredibly knowledgable and have impeccable taste but are very down too earth and charming. It's always such a surprise to see their wide range of choices- designer furs (Chanel, Oscar de LA Renta, etc.) and they also have their own in- house couture.... There are car coats, full length, reversibles, jackets, hats, gloves scarves, and in every color, shape and size. There's nowhere else to go on earth! It's just a gem and they really care that you buy something that looks good on you and that you'll be happy with...
