My daughter has always been attached to me and would not go with other people, so I was very hesitant about putting her in daycare. From day 1 I could tell they really care about the kids and provide a care for each kid depending on their specific needs. Ms. Bas, Ms. Lisa and Ms. Susu were so loving and caring, making sure my daughter felt safe. They would hold her until she stopped crying. After a couple of weeks she was already saying good bye to me and running to play with Ms. Bas and her friends when I dropped her off. The staff is not only professional and attentive, but they truly go the extra mile to make every child feel loved, safe, and encouraged. Our daughter has blossomed socially and developmentally since starting here. We've seen noticeable progress in her communication, confidence, and curiosity. Alexis is an amazing caretaker of all the children -- it is clear they adore her -- and she and her team instill fun and learning in every day. Even better, the other families who send their kids to the school are just lovely - my child has so many favorite friends. One perk is that you can follow along on your child's day on Instagram, which is such a comfort when you are at work, missing your baby. However, I was never informed that a report had been made, and when I approached the director about the situation, I was told she knew nothing about it. After speaking with the social worker investigating the matter, I learned that multiple phone calls and emails requesting information and access to the video had reportedly gone unanswered. According to the social worker, the response she eventually received was that my child no longer attended the daycare. As a parent, I find the lack of communication, transparency, and cooperation regarding a child welfare investigation deeply troubling. When concerns involving a child's safety arise, I expect honesty, accountability, and a willingness to work with the appropriate agencies. My experience left me feeling dismissed and concerned about how serious matters are handled at this facility.

She is our first child, and it was difficult to think about leaving her with someone outside of the family, but our parents live in other parts of the state and we both work. We visited several daycare facilities before choosing Ms. Irma. When we met her we were immediately attracted to her warmth, responsibility, genuine care for children, and decades of experience. Looking back now, I'm so glad we made the choice to go with Ms. Irma. She is so consistent. This was very important for us; we had tried nanny shares in the past and so many nannies would cancel because they were sick or had obligations with their own children, or other reasons. Not Ms. Irma. In the two years we have been there, I can't remember a single day when Ms. Irma has closed unexpectedly. She has a schedule of standard holidays that are off and couple of weeks for the winter holiday, but other than that she is open every day. So reliable. Ms. Irma works incredible hard. Honestly I don't know how she does it, I wish I was as hard working as her. She is open early in the morning (7am) until 5pm in the afternoon. You can drop off and pick up your child anytime within that window. Healthy meals are provided with no extra cost to the family (again such as big plus for us bc our family is very busy and not having to worry about packing lunch is so helpful). Her space is always clean and orderly. She has a very high standard of cleanliness and wants it to be safe for the children. The days are well planned. There is free play, circle time, arts and crafts, lunch, nap time, etc. My daughter has learned so much at daycare (she calls it "school"). She has learned her abc's, to count beyond 30, to rhyme words, to spell her name, to read sight words, sounds associated with letters, and now she is learning to write letters and to blend sounds together to make words. She is now in love with reading. Ms. Irma takes the children through a structured curriculum and they are always doing a unit on something interesting--from famous artists to the life cycle of different insects--our daughter has come to understand a lot about the world that we haven't had a chance to talk about yet at home. The children also do an arts and crafts project each day and everyday my daughter proudly brings home something she has made. Ms. Irma treats my daughter as a member of her family and she tries to foster a sense of community among all the families who send their children to her daycare. She is trustworthy, honest, and loving. Thanks for everything Ms. Irma!

She was also fully prepped for UTK and Kinder- the preschool offers the perfect balance of play and structured learning. She was reading some site words and sounding out all her letters by age 4. The director knows each child BY NAME and greets everyone as you walk in. The campus is secured with a coded gate and the children are wonderfully cared for. And to top it all off- it's AFFORDABLE.
