While the storage area was adequate (even without any lights), the overall experience with the master company was not. I specifically wrote the move-in date on the reservation form which was ignored and the date inserted was a week before move-in...and they immediately billed me. The person at their office said there was nothing he could do about it and there was no one who could correct it. Take it or leave it, I guess! The person in their office said I could cancel anytime a week before moving out, but the contract says I need to give 30-days. Fairly new building. Setup is easy. Storage is secure. They have alarms and cameras everywhere. My storage was in the basement and it was air-conditioned. There's music playing in the hallways which is nice so it's not quiet and creepy. Units are organized in numerical order so it's easy to find your unit. There's also push carts you can use to bring stuff to and from your car to your unit. I only needed the unit for a month and this was a very affordable option.
