I purchased a pearl ring from them, but unfortunately the pearl came off very soon after purchase. I took the ring in for repair on April 25, 2026, and was told someone would contact me by Tuesday. No one called. When I followed up myself last week, the person I spoke with was quite rude and told me there were many customers ahead of me for repairs and that it would take around three weeks before mine would even be completed. I find this concerning for two reasons: first, because the pearl should not have come off so quickly in the first place, and second, because reattaching a pearl to a ring should not require such an excessive wait time for a loyal customer. I understand businesses can get busy, but communication and customer service matter. A simple update and a more respectful response would have made a big difference.

I looked at the photo of a dress they had gotten in, then continued to cyber stalk the place because I wanted to see more. I went through photo after photo saying to myself, "I want that. I need that. That is adorable." So, I woke up on this rainy Saturday, picked up my mom (who is always down for a shopping adventure) and made the trek out to Olive Branch. While the store is not in the town square, and a little off the beaten path, it wasn't too hard to find. I fell in love when I walked in! They had adorable clothes, cheap sunglasses, cute jewelry, tons of knick knacks and collegiate gift items. This is huge. I went to MS State (go dawgs) and they had some adorable items that I could definitely use in my home! While the other collegiate items didn't interest me, they had a variety of school stuff to choose from. I appreciate that, even though I am die hard fan of one team. I also appreciate how sweet the woman behind the counter was. You can't beat good customer service. Anyways I walked away with an adorable top and a cheap pair of sunglasses, but I WILL be back.
