Fast forward to five years later, and it was time for us (now a family) to move to the suburbs. Our condo (and what turned out to be a great investment) in Brookline served us well, and Michael was the only choice for us when we decided it was time to sell. He is 6"10 and 300 lbs and needs a place with a high ceiling and a roomy shower whereas he is such a big guy. Well we found a place and went to the open house on May 26th. We really loved the home, checking off most of the boxes of what we needed. We got an accepted offer and filled out the purchase and sales agreement. We had a closing date, septic inspection set up and were going to put our town house on the market that weekend. My realtor sent it to the seller's realtor on May 30th. My realtor had not been able to reach her about returning signed P & S. finally she reached her on Friday 2nd for the sellers realtor to tell her she hadn't had time to get the offer over to the seller for a signature and since an offer came in with not contingency, she was going to take them over to the owner on Sun 3rd. So because the seller realtor dragged her feet because she said she had a lot on her plate going to school and working she also said it was because the seller did not use computers for her to send it to her. .
