A 4 star Chinese buffet. Line after line after line after line after line of hot and cold Asian foods. They also have a Mongolian Grill. Everything is usually top notch. Occasional problem with some of the food bins being on the luke warm side but never fear, shortly they will bring out a fresh batch. The only problem I have is Mexican cooks knowing how to cook my Mongolian chicken. JUST DOESN'T SEEM NATURAL. But it always tastes just right! read more

This was My first time to Lin's in several years. We decided to go for dinner during the week. There were not many people when we got there but many started arriving after. Lin's has a lot of options from Chinese, Mexican, pizza, and sushi. The food I chose I did finish, it was all good although the only thing is maybe a bit warm like it has been there for a while. Not all the food was warm. Due to large selection I think people choose the same food, leaving other food waiting to be chosen. I noticed as some of the food that was disappearing, staff were constantly adding hot and fresh food items. The dining area is the same as when it opened, it has a sense of nostalgia. And our waitress was very attentive and kept removing our old plates and refilling our drinks. read more

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. I didn't think u can go wrong with Chinese buffet since all the food are pretty much the same, but this place managed to prove me wrong. 1st of, we came around dinner time, 5-6pm, and the restaurant was pretty darn quite, not a good sign. 2nd: the food was obviously been sitting there too long. The waitresses did not even bother to replace or refill the food. All in all, it was a big disappointment when it comes to the food. The place is pretty clean and nice looking however. read more

This place needs a lot of TLC, the food was absolutely garbage and cold, you can tell that it's been sitting there. The noodles in the soups were soggy, sushi was dry and the food had a weird smell to it. I wouldn't eat there even if you paid me! Today my husband and I went into line buffet in Weslaco. We were told to seat ourselves, my husband stayed in the main area while I went to see if the side room is cooler. He saw a waiter go into the back room and throw something against the wall, then he sees my husband and comes out and says to my husband you got a problem. We both said to the young man you can't talk to customers like that where's your Manager the cashier comes over and says she's the manager and when we tell her what he said to my husband she said we were wrong and he was trying to help us. That made me mad I asked for our money back and keep on telling her that he was threatening us and it wasn't good customer service. She said to me it was over and I needed to be quiet, I said no. Meanwhile, in the background, this young man was threatening to kick my husband's A** my husband turns around and smiled at him and he says what the F*** are you looking at, get the F*** out your fat you don't need to be eating in here anyway. The manager tells him to go and he calls her mom, so that was the reason she defended him over a customer. I will never go back there, I will tell everyone I know not to go there. read more

We ate there for Mother's Day. I don't recommend sitting near the entrance, as the wait station is there, and they clang and clash the dishes, echoing in the set-in ceiling, making it hard to hear. Yelling children's voices also are enhanced from that rounded ceiling. This was the worst we've ever eaten there. None of the fruit tasted healthy... watermelon and honey dew tasted rotten. Strawberries tasted old and moldy. Sweet and sour chicken hard. Suishi looked good, but dry. Almost everything we ate was bad, except for the jello. Waitress walked past our table often to seat other patrons and clean up after other patrons, but she never bothered to take our dirty plates away, or fill up empty water glasses. Then she went on break, I guess, while we were thirsty trying to get the bad taste of the food out of our mouths. We decided not to eat there again. read more

Went yesterday with my wife little one an mother in law. Was craving chinese. Wasnt packed had a good waiter checking in on us. But the food was pretty bad. I think back an should hav just left after seing the food. Im thinking who ever is in charge needs to really compare there food to others. The worst was their angel haired pasta was dried an hard. They had kept or left it under the lamp so long it dried an hardened as i was picking at it the worker came by an said gross in Spanish. An took it away all the meats were huge cuts an over seasoned they should be bites not small size steaks. Had got chicken nuggets for the little one an they were made fine but were cold. I think from the last time i came they've improved from the staff up front. But need some help or changes in the kitchen. My wife got sick as we headed back to the house. They charged alot as if they were as good as they used to be.sucked to pay just to get sick! After we obtain our plate we filled them at the buffet and sat down at the table as we started to digging in there was a lively roach walking across our table. To thier credit they did offer a full refund. We accepted and left. But never again will I go. Logic dictates that a clean place will not have these problems. read more
