They asked me to pick frames, but honestly they are almost identical. I picked a frame, and went into the exam room. Gone are the days of an eye doctor poking your eyes and such. They place your face into the exam machine, and it does alk kinds of comparisons, blows air at your eyes, and voila, you are done! On offsite eye doctor checks the results, and prescribes a solution. Then comes the shocking nees...the 79 dollar 2 pair unfortunately only applies to somebody else, not you. Mine was about 217 dollars for only one pair! Apparently, the special only applirs if your eyes don't really require any assistance. I was disappoinyed to hear thst, but I really need glasses for my job, so I ordered the 1 pair and they work fine. I would say, they are a little misleading on their ads, but friendly and make a good product. In the future I will check to see if I can find a better deal, but their product works.

We made an appointment with his optometrist in San Jose who said everything was fine and you have nothing to worry about, it's just an episode. Not feeling good when we got home my husband decided to get another opinion. He went online and found a local optometrist who was Dr. Robert Wolff, MD, he contacted him and explained his vision loss and Dr. Wolff scheduled him an appointment two days later. Dr. Wolff was very pleasant and professional. I couldn't believe how thorough Dr. Wolff's exam was. He performed test after test after test and when we walked out of his office we felt confident his diagnosis was on point. He insisted we go right over to the hospital emergency with good reason. The emergency room doctor spoke to Dr. Wolff and they was in agreement as to what needed to be done. Blood work as well as a CT Scan confirmed Dr. Wolff's diagnosis. Thanks to you my husband won't lose the sight in his only good eye. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your making yourself available to see my husband when you did. Given the appointment time you scheduled, 5:00pm I am certain you deliberately stayed late so you could examine my husband knowing the seriousness he was facing especially on a Saturday. I had went to the emergency room at my local hospital and they were not able to diagnose my condition. Delta Eye Medical Group was able to schedule me the same day and most importantly able to diagnose my condition. Mocked me because I was concerned about my blurry vision from dilation. I even expressed I couldn't see and was probably going to have to have my daughter pick me up because I couldn't drive in that condition and he didn't bother to help or investigate why my eyesight was so blurry/ he kept insisting it wasn't the dilation even though my sight was perfectly fine before that and now I couldn't see anything. Unbelievable. And than they ask me if I would Like to book my appointment for next year. Really? How about how was you experience. It was horrific! How does an eye doctor not even look his clients in the eyes when introducing himself before examining you. Never going back here! I can't stand doctors that act like robots.
