I just had a procedure on March 18th where Dr. Halderman was my anesthesiologist. My surgeon just…read morefinished speaking with me, and Dr. Halderman was next. I was a bit nervous, when he arrived, and it probably showed. He came with a warm smile, extremely friendly, and even threw in a little humor. His visit with me calmed my nerves completely, and for that, I am grateful. I have had around six instances in my live where I have needed an anesthesiologist. The last five times, I had wakened groggily/incoherent. To the point I wouldn't remember talking to my discharging nurse, or even my ride home. And when I got home, I would go back to sleep for hours. Some of these earlier five procedures, I had actually woken up mid procedure and had to be put out again. My time with Dr. Halderman was flawless in my opinion. I made it to the operating room and then lights out. When I woke in the recovery room, I felt completely normal. I was completely awake and was not experiencing any side effects. I have complete memory of my nurse going over the do's and don'ts, and my ride home. I didn't even have a sore throat like I have had in my past experiences of having a tube put down my throat. Once I arrived home, I wasn't tired at all. I kicked around my home nursing the area where I was operated on and then proceeded to watch a few movies with my wife until late that night. I would 100% recommend him to anyone! I wish I could him a 6-star review, but unfortunately it only allows 5 stars. Steve P.

Right Away He Referred Me Over to A Specialist & I Had Surgery After about 3 Weeks.. Only Thing is 2 Out of 3 of My Appointments I've Sat For About an Hour Waiting For Him Since He's So Busy.. He delivered my second and where most doctors just show up for the delivery, he stayed at the hospital the entire time because there was a questionable person on my delivery team and he wanted to make absolutely sure everything went smoothly. He does have a sense of humor in his work but I think it's because he trusts you with who he is the way he would expect you to trust him -if that makes sense. I really liked him. When ever I would feel a certain way about something he would always explain things and talk to me so that I could better understand a situation and I always felt at peace and better after my visits with him. He has been doing this a very long time, has seen it all, and knows exactly what he's doing. I am very grateful for the care I received from him.

He was my gynecologist for my first pregnancy. I was young and anxious and hoping for someone to be…read morenurturing and understanding. Unfortunately, Dr. Georgiou is none of those things. He is a strange man with a strange sense of humor. Right off the bat, he asked me whose "fault" it was for my pregnancy. I'm not sure if he meant this as a joke, but I found it weird. During my FIRST pap smear, I was in a lot of pain. I told him this, and he immediately made the assumption I had an STD. I ended up not having one but this instilled a lot of unnecessary fear in me. Another odd comment he made was when he had a nurse take a look at me. He warned her beforehand to be careful with me because I "haven't had a lot of sex." Shouldn't this be protocol for everyone despite sexual history? I just found that to be a bizarre thing to say about a patient, especially a young one. He went on a trip towards the end of my pregnancy, and I ended up seeing Dr. Wright. He was much kinder and never made me uncomfortable and of course I went to him for my next pregnancy. Biggest regret was ever requesting Georgiou in the first place. If you are in Los Banos, I would advise against requesting him, unless you also have a bizzare sense of humor and like being made uncomfortable.
