Great communication, quick with quotes and quick to make any adjustments according to our situation. Scheduling was smooth. We were working a very time sensitive situation. We had contractors scheduled and this company worked with us to pack AND move BOTH tenants out the same day when we had discussed it would be two separate days for each unit. They worked until late to be sure it was all done and moved into storage units. They came back to unload the storage units and unpacked everything. They were even good to schedule on separate days to accommodate both tenants schedules. We would definitely use them again in the event we needed to pack and move.

The movers dropped my Philips 36 inch LED smart tv on my floor before they even got it out of my old apartment! SMASHED! I was calm about it until he told me on November 3: "Kristen, I have been doing this for a long time. You signed the contract saying if something was broken it would only be covered for .60 cents per pound, which means that TV broken is worth around $40, you had the choice to buy a third party insurance. I am doing all I can to get you a new TV sweetie." HM ^they were also magically switching insurance companies within days of my tv getting smashed.... I was then told on November 18 that he had the tv but he wouldn't be back until after Thanksgiving to give it to me. It is now December 9....I moved September 25..... This has been absolutely infuriating! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE! They are unprofessional and way over priced for the "services" they provide. My move cost almost as much as the tv they destroyed! Hunter has been BS'ing me with countless text messages and blowing hot air up my arse and I'm tired of it! Several items of mine were broken to the point of not being able to be used. the men were rough with our bongings at the end of the move and even after my husband made a comment, it was disregarded and he was told " if anything is broken Kevin will pay you for damages " . when we unloaded and saw how bad damages were I sent pictures to Kevin. He told me I should have been watching the guys more closely during the job and that he is not going to pay for anything !!! A bed frame was completely cracked in half, flat screen TVs were placed on the floor and ruined, dressers have giant chunks broken off, a toy chest was cracked. he told me we should have provided more blankets, I still had 20 left over to sell back to UHAUL! I provided rachet straps , they weren't used ! I shouldn't have to monitor a companies every move, I was doing a move out clean while they were loading, and my husband did make a comment and we were told we would be reimbursed if damages occurred ! LIES ! so upsetting , we have had to spend hundreds of dollars replacing tvs, and a whole new bed frame, and we are still working on fixing cracks in furniture. The owner stopped responding to any messages and clearly doesn't care .. the moving company we used to unload said they had never seen such terrible damage and horrible loading job ! I used Integrity moving for a long distance move from DFW to Galveston in March 2025. I worked with…read morethe owners (Blake) wife and was confident that I could trust his company. In the beginning the communication was just ok but I figured he was just busy so I didn't worry about it. Blake personally came to my home to give me an estimate, he was very cordial and I got a good feeling about him and his company. I was provided a written estimate $5400 and decided to go with his company. The day prior to the move he and his crew showed up to pack up the trucks, they left a few things so we had a place to sleep and planned on an early arrival the next morning to pack the final few things and get on the road. They were over an hour late but when they finally arrived we got on the road quickly. Blake was supposed to be there but was absent due to a sick child. The head of the moving crew was Ronnie and he was very kind and on top of things. The move went great, they worked quickly and got everything set up, or so I thought. That night when I went to bed something was wrong with the bed. After flipping the bed over I discovered they had taken the legs off the bed to get it in the room and didn't put the bed back together properly and the bed broke. This is an expensive adjustable bed. I reached out to Blake the next morning and he said they would get right on it. That was March 21,2025 and today is June 13, 2025 and nothing has been resolved. Blake passed on the issue to Ronnie and he initially tried to resolve the issue however I was not satisfied with the offer of $250 to replace a bed that cost in excess of $1000. There have been a multitude of texts back and forth and nothing has been resolved. There have been promises made of a replacement of a much cheaper bed frame that I agreed to accept but still as of this date no resolution has happened. 10 days ago I reached out to Blake and he was under the impression it had been resolved and assured me he would have the bed shipped out that week to me. As of today still nothing. I have requested updates and he has not responded . Due to their lack of follow through I can't recommend this company for your moving needs. Don't let their kindness fool you. in order to resolve this issues I will now have to take him to small claims court, which just stinks to have to go that route.

I had a written quote sent to me via email. I agreed to the price and thought possibly it could be a couple hundred more. At the end of my move I was presented the bill for $4300!!!! What a rip off company. How do you go from $1700 to $4300? Even after presenting the quote they charged me $4300. I have filed complaints and now I am out the money. It was difficult to schedule many required services at the time due to all the uncertainty. Big D was willing to assist and we were beyond pleased with the movers. The team of three men showed up on time and were careful with our belongings, quick and extremely efficient. Friendly, yet focused on the work. They had my 1500 sq ft townhome loaded in just over an hour and unpacked at the new home in about the same time!
