The live music
A M.

This place is a little strange if you've only experienced "city style" cafes/bakeries because this is more like a bakery/community center/craft fare fusion. They have a large parking lot, and the building itself is huge - only a fraction of it is devoted to the bakery. The rest of the building has items on sale made by local folks, and there was live music while we were there. There were definitely some locals just enjoying their afternoon there, and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean and smelled nice (considering they are right on the highway I would've expected more "wear and tear"). I was also pleasantly surprised by how dog friendly they are there. My dog was able to come inside and eat with us, which was very nice because it was a hot day out. The food: a burrito and a veggie quesadilla were also very good - the salsa definitely was house made & was great. I will mention, as others have also brought up, the serve time was slow. I wasn't really paying attention because I was having fun looking around & the locals were busy petting my dog and talking to me. I also am from the country myself, so I just accept that "time moves differently out here", and I prefer the "slower lifestyle". So I was in no rush to get the food, and I'd rather have good food than fast food. If we ever drive through this area again, we're definitely stopping by.

This is what took an hour to get!! Should have gone to DQ. At least it wouldn't be 8.00

Food is good if you have an hour to wait. And I'm not kidding! It's kind of like serve yourself but you can't get your own refills so you are stuck with warm city water to drink. Service is terrible. I will never be back again. The ridge taco shop down the way is the place for breakfast if you just want to get going and not spend hours of your morning waiting for a flipping bagel sandwich... I think she forgot to tell us the bagels were not cooked yet. Just awful.

I got the breakfast burrito togo. It was pretty great and tasty with the salsa. The lady who manned the cashier was really friendly.

Service staff here is terrible. Extremely rude. Don't bother, try the BBQ just down the road, far better experience.

Their butter chicken and jasmine rice is phenomenal and their naan bread is buttery garlicky and delicious. If you're looking for something sweeter their mango lassi is delicious and made fresh daily, just like everything else on their menu. Also on the sweet side I got to try their rice kheer, served chilled with hints of cardamom and sliced almonds on top. I've always enjoyed Indian cuisine, but the food prepared by this family is made with love, and you can taste it. Worth a drive to Oakridge just to experience their food. I would recommend the food at Dink's Market to anyone I know.

We were making our way from the Klamath area with our final destination that day being northern Oregon when we got hungry for lunch. My husband found Dink's Market on our route and we decided to give it a try. We both absolutely love Indian food, but were completely surprised to see that the spot, quite in the middle of nowhere, had such tremendous reviews. This inconspicuous roadside market serves up some of the most delicious Indian food I have ever had in my life. The husband, and what I am assuming is his wife, were so kind and attentive. We decided to start with an order of traditional samosas. They had the perfect fried, but flaky exterior with seasoned and perfectly spiced interior. The fresh mint sauce that was served with them was some of the best I have ever had. For our meals, we had aloo prantha and another dish that was a wrap that had paneer but I don't remember the name. Both dishes were made fresh to order and had the perfect level of spice. We definitely felt like we were eating Indian comfort food. And again, I would buy that fresh mint sauce by the gallon if I could, that's how delicious it was. To wash things down, I had an absolutely delicious mango lassi. So even though it is off the beaten path, if you are feeling adventurous and anywhere in the area, do yourself a huge favor and check out Dink's market.

I think everyone who works there is apart of this family. They argue and bicker that way but you know it's out of love for one another. I've been here a few times now and every time I've come in I've never been disappointed. The sandwiches are made with love and they really listen to any request you may want to add to customize your meal. What I love the best is the ingredients are fresh and they do not cut corners here. Josie's special sauce is a must try on any sandwich! The experience that made me smile today when I came in and made me want give this review is the customer service. I ordered a normal breakfast sandwich and added some veggies. The lady that took my order was very sweet and attentive. She never once rushed me or made me feel like I was a bother by adding things to my sandwich. What took it to the next level was the inquiry about the soup of the day, clam chowder. My absolute favorite!!! They didn't have any ready yet because obviously it was morning. I asked her what time they closed and I told her I would come back later in the day for it. She said it would probably sell out before I got back so she offered to put in a ticket for a later pickup. What?! Who does that and on top of it said to just let her know if I couldn't make it back in time. Right there is above and beyond customer service. This is why I will frequent a place if the service is good. I don't need to feel like I'm being pampered on, just welcomed. This place is just that and on top of it, delicious food too! Great service, quality and its a family establishment. I love it.
