For me it's a treat and a bit of a splurge, but I appreciate every last drop so I think it's okay. I had acne all through my 20's, and MAC was the only makeup that provided enough cover without looking like pancake makeup, so I'm eternally grateful and fiercely loyal. I don't know where they find the folks who work here, but I feel like I want to know everyone who works there, just for a glimpse into their lives. Like where do they hang out? What bar do these guys, gals, and guys who are sometimes dressed as gals go for a cocktail? I want to go to there. And you'll never know if they really like you or not, because they always behave as if doing your eye makeup while you tell them about your upcoming special night out is exactly what they want to be doing. I'd add a fifth star if Dillard's could figure out how to make the lighting better over there. It's hard to tell if you really love that shade or not in that yucky light. Remember to keep your little MAC boxes until you are certain you love everything about that new product. They're super cool about returns, but you'll need to have the box with that ever-important yellow UPC sticker. Also, save your empty containers (lipstick tubes, foundation bottles, eyeshadow caes) and when you six, take them in for MAC's recycling program and select a free lipstick. That's got to be one of the best recycling programs I know of. I have lots of MAC lipstick but rarely do I actually pay for one.

I have struggled in the past to find someone to give me the style I want based on the hair on my actual head. My search was over when I found Kayla in Nov '24. I found her through the KEVIN MURPHY line she sells in her salon. When I picked up my product from her, I also had a mini consult on my hair, its texture and the style I was looking for. She was patient and listened to my concerned and explained how she could help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TWO HAIRCUTS I RECEIVED FROM KAYLA. They are versatile styles where I can wear my part on either side of head and either have my hair curled or straight. I think her in-home salon in OKC is a great set-up for our appointments without the interruptions you can find in a busy salon. She is an excellent educator of how to use KM products. I have been a long time user of KM but am happy she will use products during my appointment so I am getting the full benefit of how to use them. She gives great tips & tricks on using KM products and has specials on KM products from time to time which I appreciate. I love that I can walk out of appointment and be happy with the cut, style and the movement of my hair from day 1. I know she splits her time between OKC and Little Rock but at this point I would literally drive to LR if I had.
