What can I say she surpassed my expectations! She is prompt, professional, and most importantly the website is AMAZING! Of course don't let me forget, her pricing is completely fair. This isn't "Fiver", if you're just starting out, and not sure about spending the money, its ok to start out with free software, but once you prove to yourself that the concept is sound and you're making money, trust me look at it as an investment. There is a lot going on behind just the "look" of the page, SEO, mobile, etc, Rachel talks you through all these issues, and works with you to maximize the efficacy of your website. The reason why it took me so long to update my site (and tell me if this sounds familiar), is for years I kept telling myself that "I would get to it", but let's be real, I'm a business owner, and a father of 2, there are only so many hours in a day. When I finally made the decision and contacted Rachel, we were done within a month! and that would have been sooner if I had been a little more prompt in getting her the things she needed on my end.
