Great gym and great equipment. Owners are trying their best to add as much equipment based on each persons needs. A lot of people are 1 for cancellation policy, maybe if you read the policy before you sign a contract you would know what you're signing and then it wouldn't be an issue. The policy is quite the same as every other gym I have been to. Definitely give this place a try. They have everything you need and more. read more

Unfair cancellation policy and very poor customer service. After my contract was over, I attempted to cancel my membership in person, which was clearly allowed in the contract that I signed, and is clearly stated on their website currently. However, I was told by their staff that the only way I could cancel is by mailing a letter, because their policy had changed. I was told by their manager that there was "nothing he could do," and then he refused to give me the owner's contact information. I never agreed or signed to any new terms. Being forced to follow a new policy I never accepted is very deceptive. I sent a certified letter to cancel just to protect myself but this experience was negative. I would not recommend this gym based on how they handled this. read more

Gym has many different room, variety of equipment. Everything you need for a good lift. Layout is a bit odd. And some rooms seem old and need an update but overall I'd recommend it. 20 dollars for a day pass is not bad read more

Lots of machines, not enough people for every machine to be taken. Just not as many of the main compound exercises like bench presses, or squat racks, but the ones outside make up for it! read more

I was never offered any cancellation fee when I went in to do so after being informed that I could cancel. Very confusing situation. The hospitality is appreciated but I'm currently stuck paying for this gym bill until the end of the year. I can't commute to this location anymore and the only way I was told I can cancel is if I bring in legal documentation of something proving I live 10 miles away from the gym. Very harsh policy and a little contradicting due to being told I could cancel for 100$ then being told the following day that I couldn't. Not good customer service at all. Very standoffish situation all because I was misinformed by this business. Very unfortunate. Maybe offer a cancellation fee for your contracts. And if you do so it's too late because I've already paid for 4 months due to being told I can't cancel without proof of my residence being more than ten miles away (proof that I'm moving away) for a gym I can't attend. Maybe just let your customers cancel if they want to cancel. It doesn't matter the fee an opt out option should be available. I state that because I was told I cannot cancel. read more

Be careful when you try to cancel. They say they can cancel you with no charge but they continue to charge the card on file. I actually went in to the gym in December and was told my contract ended in January and I would have to make one more payment and I was done. They charged me on December 28 for January and then again on January 28 I assume for February. Then, when I called to find out what happened the manager said I was not actually cancelled and I would have to make another payment of $39 because they have a 30 day cancellation policy. What a racket! I would look elsewhere if I was you. read more
