However, the care is subpar in some aspects. Poor "J" hasn't had a phone in days and my friend is getting the run around in regards to it. . . Not acceptable!!! Big shout outs to several of the other managers, Benny, for ensuring the apartment was set up and ready from a maintenance perspective. Alan, in charge of house keeping, ensured that she knew how to get services she may need and Tasha in dining made sure her first meal was off the charts. She has also had great service from the care staff: Brittany, Katrina, LaToya and Pamela thank you for easing my mind and taking care of my mom already as if she was your own! Wawa, in dining, was also exceptional. So grateful already! Big thanks to Olga for supporting me from beginning to end of this move process.
