She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). They're located in a plaza where parking is pretty easy too, which makes it a a plus! A few weeks later and I'm loving my results so far. I had little expectation when I went to her. Soon after I had my second facial with her, she informed me that she was moving to the Newhall location which is closer to me. That was when she introduced me to Organic Sweat Shack in which her business is located (great partnership)which is another review on its own. Fast forward 2019, and I have become a loyal client. Susanna is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. She has made my skin feel baby soft (and I am in my 50s) compared to how it was before. Also, she has given me confidence in going out without make up. I have received compliments but the best one was when someone commented how she loves my skin even without make up and asked how I maintain it. My response- you have to go to Susanna!
