The large patio is a big draw, and inside was just as spacious, with free wifi, a dedicated kids area, and even a corner of books to read. Menu has coffee and tea drinks, as well as protein shakes and smoothies, plus some lighter food items for breakfast and lunch. Had I more of an appetite, the avocado toast looked good. I guess I should've read reviews before coming here. Why management schedules just one employee to work the register/window and make the drinks and food, is beyond me. We sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. We ordered 2 breakfast paninis and 1 chicken panini. The chicken wasn't bad, but the breakfast ones were just sad. One fried egg and 1 piece of bacon broken in half and could only assume 1 piece of cheese. So flimsy for $12!! I could've gotten 2 breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks for that price. It said "fresh fruit" as a side option, but it was most definitely fruit cocktail from a can like you'd get on your lunch tray in elementary school There were no size options for the drinks!! My dirty chai was 20 oz or more! So I basically got a entire cup of milk with 2 shots and whatever they use for Chai. $72 down the drain. We roadtrip from FL to CA and back 2x per year and like to support local businesses, but this one just wasn't it! Its almost like they don't want returning customers. Maybe it's a front or something? Kingman is a great town to find spots like this. Pour over coffee, excellent smoothies, and plenty of choices to eat for breakfast or lunch. I love the teal themed decor. I really enjoyed that my pour over was hot hot hot. Too many places make it so that by time you get the pour-over, it's only semi hot. Got the PBJ themed smoothies which are my favorite to make at home. This one hit the spot. My son and I both got sandwiches. I got the BLTA and he got a panini. We waited at the drive thru way too long for one drink and a cookie. My iced latte was sub par. It was Too sweet for my taste, warm at the bottom and I barely tasted the espresso in it. Maybe they have better drinks on the menu but idk, my drink was pretty basic. It Looked trendy and vibrant from the outside. I will probably go in next time if I do decide to give them another try. Leaving Arizona, headed to California to see the family... Driving down I-40 and needing coffee, we stopped in to grab iced beverages and muffins. Upon arrival, there appeared to be only one person working and two people ahead of us. The woman advised it may take a little bit, but we ordered anyway. We maybe waited 10 mins, but the drinks came out and we were back in the road. The lady was sweet and honest about the wait. The drinks were delicious! I got a vanilla latte and my husband got a regular latte (no flavor). Both were creamy, the espresso was not bitter, but rich and tasty! We liked them so much that when we headed back home a few days later, we stopped back in and grabbed two more drinks. We even asked if they sold their espresso beans. (Unfortunately they did not). Hidden gem that is a must visit. Driving through Kingman and being close to Route 66 you expect the cool and little unusual, but sometimes it's even better then you imagine. Liquid Bistro is an old bank building turned coffee shop with some light food for snacking. Check out the vault while you are waiting for a lavender chai latte and Breakfast sandwich. They have added a small outdoor space and even drive through and instead of depositing money you can withdrawal a cold brew. Looking for great coffee when traveling is always a crapshoot and rarely a winner. However, we rolled the dice and stopped in for morning espressos on our journey east on Route 66. Boy, are we glad we took the effort to do our homework. The cafe mochas we had were perfect in every way! They use single origin dark chocolate that isn't too sweet like most places and there espresso is smooth and delicious. Oh, and the muffin I had was moist and delicious as well, served by a very pleasant barista with a smile. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area! We ended up stopping at the Mexican restaurant across the street from Liquid cafe to pick up some lunch because we were on a road trip with our dog and suddenly happened to come across Liquid Bistro that firstly allows dogs indoors and secondly also allows outside food. Order: 16oz Ice coffee - hazelnut Sausage bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich Coffee tasted good but not worth the price when I can get the same thing somewhere else. It didn't stand out above other coffee places in town. Disappointed with how much they charged for hazelnut when the coffee was already 4.50. That made the whole order for a medium coffee 5.25. No good. The sandwich needs works. They only have turkey sausage and it's not good I ended up taking it off the sandwich and for an extra 2.50 it should be great. Pork sausage is where it's at. The bagel, egg, bacon and cheeses were great. Everything was cooked fresh and tasted awesome. The construction of the sandwich should be better too. You don't cut a bagel sandwich. It makes it impossible to eat. And you flatten your meat patty as much as possible to make a more level sandwich so everything doesn't immediately fly out when you take a bite. The Facility itself is a neat old bank with the OG vault which is really cool. I would have liked to see some differences between the previous owners set up and decor but it's almost the exact same just a new name. Weak move. Lol Overall would eat there again only on a special occasion cause it's too pricey for a daily grind. read more
