We each ordered the Beehive (a cinnamon honey latte with oat milk), and it was super tasty. Before we left we also grabbed a bag of their espresso beans to bring home. I had no idea I was about to become completely jaded when it comes to cinnamon rolls! I ordered the caramel walnut cinnamon roll, and WOW. It was absolutely incredible. The roll was soft, warm, gooey, and covered with delicious caramel and walnuts. Every bite was ridiculously good. I honestly have no idea what they do differently here, but this cinnamon roll has officially become the standard that every other cinnamon roll will now have to compete against. The coffee was also a great addition and made this the perfect quick breakfast before starting our day at Bear Lake. I love finding local places like this when we travel, especially when something as simple as stopping for breakfast turns into one of the most memorable parts of the trip. I fell in love with the Grogg coffee and found it to be a perfect pairing with the sweet oatmeal. Sadly, I learned that Ibis Coffee, where they get the coffee, is discontinuing it soon. But a wonderful staff member pointed me to an alternative that I could buy and take home to try, which I did. I'm sure it will be wonderful! There's a nice seating area in the back with a small couch and a few books to enjoy while you're there. Be sure to abide by the "no PDA" rule which is handwritten on a piece of paper taped to the ceiling.
