Bought two golf carts from shaffers spent 27,000 dollars the second cart we bought has been nothing…read morebut problems was in the shop first year more than we had it had the motor,battery multiple other parts replaced lower control arm broke then the rod that connects the steering broke had to fix that my self because they said it was out of warranty I have had nothing but problems with this $16,000 dollar cart was in the shop 6 times in the first year they charged me $2800 dollars to fix the front end cause the brakes were bad and my wife rear-ended a car which I was fine with paying I asked them to replace the front brake pads they told me they were fine I did the pads my self there was no pad left so 2800 dollars and they couldn't do $20 dollar pads now my front left shock is leaking and the passenger tire is pointed to the right when I have the wheel straight which is what cause the steering arm to break but they want me to pay to fix it this golf cart should be under the lemon law but shaffers says my warranty is over even though it was in the shop for repairs over 7 times in the first 2 years and the first golf cart I bought I paid $10,200 dollars for the batteries took a crap after 2 years so they gave me $4000 dollars trade in for my new golf cart which I'm sure they turned around and sold for a great profit I understand you don't build the golf carts but you sell them so that makes you responsible and liable I've had nothing but problems with this golf cart since I bought it and you know that you need to make this right sincerely Keith Landis Very unhappy customer
