Recently my car was shaking horribly and my tires were just done for. I had to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I compared pricing with others (over $200 less than the dealership lol). My tires weren't in stock however the nice gentlemen on the phone assured me they'd have it delivered to the shop within about an hour so I placed a deposit to secure them. As promised tires were swiftly delivered to their shop and they called me to come in. I hung out at the at the pizza joint next door and they called me when my car was ready. Considering they had a few other vehicles in front of me they were extremely fast and I was so happy to drive away smoothly and safely again.

Now about 15 months later, they have lost nearly 40% of the finish. I'm told by 2 other experts that this shouldn't ever happen. Powder coating should be much tougher than paint. I would understand if there was a chip or similar but this is actual flaking off of the powder coating. Sadly, I will have to get the wheels powder coated again but somewhere else.

I purchased a to what I thought was a beautiful vehicle. They told me their mechanics inspected the vehicle and put brand new tires, and brakes. I'm driving a hour and half home, and notice a roach, a German roach. I pulled over on the side of the road bc I'm just a girl lol, I was terrified Come to find out, the vehicle was INFESTED with German roaches. I was driving home of course in the dark, and still have 1 hr to go. It was not fun. I HAD to bomb it 3 days in a row. Each time with 4 cans and kept the car shut. That didn'work. I had to pour boric acid everywhere thoughout every crack and crevis in that car. It was so hard to get rid of them. Plus tbe fear of them coming into my home i hd to be so cautious t. 30 minutes later, 2 tires blow out. Luckily my 3 year old at the time, was not in the vehicle. Come to find out, the tires were so dry rotted, you could put your finger through the threading. Needed all 4new tires and all 20 new lug nuts, special locking lug nuts. A week later my car wouldn't start. I had it towed from my driveway to a shop. Comes to find out it had a bad started and needed replaced. Moral of my story, be careful with certain buy here pay here. Each rime an incident happened, they would helped. Then they stopped picking up calls, then said sorry we can't help with anything after the car leaves the lot. I only chose this place because I was friends or so I thought. With the owners wife.
