Tom, a down-to-earth kind of guy who gets the job done, multitasks with reception, phone service, and, of course, auto care. I want to emphasize the last word here: They care. The people working here are honest. They do not try to "upsell" you like some other repair shops. They listen; safety is so important to them. They do not take advantage of elderly ladies (like me). Like a lot of small businesses, the exterior was damaged by a recent storm (no more sign in front). Map quest shows the correct location. Inside, the shop is well organized and clean. In my opinion, they should have honored the price I was quoted from AK and addressed any difference directly with the company they partner with.

I had contacted your company for assistance with towing my motorcycle, clearly stating the nature of the vehicle and my location. While I appreciated the prompt dispatch, the experience that followed was highly unprofessional and concerning: Appearance and Conduct of the Tow Operator: The individual who arrived was dressed in ill-fitting clothing that exposed his lower abdomen and backside and was wearing Crocs, attire that does not reflect the professionalism expected from a reputable service provider. Improper Handling of the Motorcycle: The operator took photos of my motorcycle but then asked me to push the 400+ lb bike onto the truck myself. I was also asked to stand on the truck bed and hold the bike in place while he adjusted the bed, despite the bike not being secured. This posed a serious safety risk. Unclear Payment Process: When I inquired about payment, the operator was unsure and had to make a phone call. I was later told I would receive a text message, which added to my concern about the legitimacy of the service. Damage to the Motorcycle: Upon delivery, my wife observed that the bike had already been unloaded before the operator knocked on the door. She immediately noticed visible scratches. When I returned home after my 12-hour nursing shift, I was shocked to find extensive damage that had not been present prior to the tow. This includes: Multiple scratches along the right side A visibly compressed gas tank, likely from improper tie-down Misaligned components This motorcycle is brand new with only 300 miles on it. Prior to the tow, it had only a minor scratch on the tailpipe and a missing bolt cover, both of which were documented. The damage incurred during the tow is significant and has rendered the bike unsafe to ride. I have made multiple attempts to speak with a manager and have repeatedly told him they are unavailable. I was also informed that your company has photos showing damage, which I find misleading given the bike's pristine condition before the tow. I am requesting: A formal investigation into this incident A direct conversation with a manager or owner Compensation for the damage, to be determined by an estimate from the dealership where the bike was purchased As a nurse and sole provider for my family, I rely on my motorcycle for transportation. Emmanuel and his son take great pride in doing excellent work for a fair price. Just to prove my point, I was recently involved in an accident. The insurance company had my car taken to a collision repair shop they have relationship with which after inspecting my car, the shop wanted an obscene amount to repair it and because of their estimate, my insurance company was ready to total my car! Luckily, I had the presence of mind to insist on a second opinion and had my car towed to Advent Auto Care where Emmanuel accessed the damages. To make a long story short, he quoted an amount to the insurance company which was more than reasonable and SAVED my car from being titled as "salvaged"! The work that Emmanuel and his son did on my car was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I recommend Advent Auto Care without hesitation.
