I recently discovered this totally awesome company that is a blessing to world of vape!! I have been an over the counter kinda guy forever but I have heard that the markup on e'juice was way worse than even pizza and well it actually is. So not to be one who totally bombed out of chemistry, I really did pretty well because I dug it, I embarked on a quest for knowledge. I started with the article searches and read lots of DIY pieces, then moved in to white papers as my understanding increased but then, of course, I ended up at YouTube and dove into the plethora of highly subjective and often suspect videos of the nerdy to off the hook eccentric whackadoodles who love to watch themselves and enjoy the sound of their voices, oh what fun. Funny thing while immersing myself in the world of vape chemistry I kept seeing references to one specific company, especially in forums, and hence thought it might be a good idea to check these folks out. Lo & behold I discovered I could have saved myself a lot of time & energy, and spared a few lost brain cells on YouTube, if I had just looked up Liquid Nicotine Wholesalers first. They have a VERY comprehensive website that has a plethora of information, guides, tutorials and several, both online & physical, calculators available. That is great and the fact that they have a huge inventory every conceivable vape base, flavoring & nicotine product, both in-house brand & others, but they have an easy to navigate standard & mobile website with a history of getting orders right & getting them shipped properly and without delay which all adds up to a well conceived, organized and executed business model. So it was a no brainer and I dove right in a placed my first order and sure enough it was easy and arrived promptly and I was ready to start making my own juices with just the right vape, smoke, throat hit, flavor and nicotine content right? Ah well not exactly. Enter Teresa, well more accurately answers Tenesa when I called to sheepishly explain that I am a newbie who is not at all sure if I actually ordered all the correct stuff that I needed and that the calculator was way more confounding, to me, than the cockpit of a Cessna 172, the helm of an America's Cup sailboat or diving with a semi closed rebreather, all of which are easy peasy :-) Well Teresa was SUPER kind, friendly and compassionate because she cheerfully walked me through the proper use of the various calculators and with infinite patience explained the many nuances and pitfalls of a lot of scenarios that I kept throwing at her, I mean I kinda annoyed myself LOL. I can't give her 10 stars, believe my I would, but Teresa is a fellow vaper, who likes blue raspberry candy flavor, that really believes on her product, her company and helping newbies have a really good experience. So now that I've filled my head with lots of cool new ideas, and think I will be able to pull this off with a much greater confidence, I have placed an order for a couple of things I missed on my solo effort and Teresa is walking it back to make sure it shops today (even though it's past the cutoff for Friday afternoon). I reached out because my shipment was delayed. Support said it was a delay in tracking info but the order was sent yesterday. I get notified a couple hours later from USPS that my order was sent out for delivery at 5:04 TODAY. Not only did they fail to send it Monday like the website promises but they lied about it and passed the blame off on the post office. When I confronted them about the discrepancy, the story quickly changed and they apologized for misleading me. However, they made no attempt to rectify the situation until I mentioned that I was posting this Yelp review. I have been using 50/50 vg pg 6mg nic for years now and usually buy it from a well known vender and thought give some other place a try. Big Mistake. Nicotine free bases lose quality very quickly. Becomes thinner. Bought 500ml and haven't even been used 100ml yet and already lost its potency. Kept in room temperature at all times. The liquid has become unvapeable. read more

Ordered some juice for the first time from this website. I recently ordered a new vape that's coming in the mail. So I want the juice to be here before or the same day as the vape. The vape is coming from China. Both ordered on the same day. These guys are in AZ. I called to inquire about my order and they said I wont have it until friday or after the weekend monday or tuesday. It's really upsetting g that it takes that long and items from another country on the other side of the world can get here faster. The lady said there is a POSSIBILITY of getting it on Thursday but she wouldnt count on it. I will update my review after receiving the product but the shipping time is just horrible. read more

Horrible Customer service!!! Would have given it a minus star rating, if it allowed me to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed my order on the 10th of July, paid for faster shipping, finally got the two bottles I ordered yesterday, the 25th of July. I noticed on the 14th of July, my order showed still processing. So I sent an email. On the 16th of July I sent another email. Apparently they were having issues with my address, but no one bothered to contact me, and waited several days to respond to my email inquiries, about why my order was still being processed. Some systems do not recognize the (East) in my address. So if you take the (East) out of my address, everything is fine. It takes seconds to fix the issue, literally. This is a copy and paste of the email I send, minus my address. Both of theses copy and pasted emails happened on July 18th, it was a Thursday. Also Keep in mind, I paid extra for faster shipping. "Unfortunately it will not let me click on the link. My address is correct. I am shocked that no one would have contacted me to inquire about my address, if it was coming up as insufficient. For some systems it doesn't like the (E) for east. If you just take that out and do XOX Xxxx St. Xxxx, XX XOOXX That should make everything all better in your system.
