When I entered the store my intentions was to buy a replacement top for my vape and a bottle of vape juice. However, I decided not to purchase the items right then do to my own reasoning. While waiting for my ride to arrive another customer entered the store. I then began to plug my phone into the socket to charge just for a split second so I wouldn't missed the phone call for my ride. Tarah (The Manager) proceeded to say "Excuse me, but I cannot have you hanging out in here" I replied politely. I just need to charge my phone for a second while I wait on my ride. She then stated I'm sorry but you cannot just be in here hanging out. I walked out the store and stood outside. This was so embarrassing for her to kicked me out of the store for no legitimate reason at all. I then reached out to another Red Vapor location advised them of the situation and to verify if I wasn't able to charge my phone in the store. The employee I spoke with stated "No ma'am, if you needed to charge your phone for a few seconds that should've been okay" even though you didn't purchase the items it should have been fine for you to charge your phone for a second. I don't see an issue with that and do not understand why she made you leave the store. She then advised me to email you all regarding this matter. Which I haven't received any feedback. I've purchase items at this location before and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. It was very embarrassing, I felt like I was being treated this way because of my race, and it was very hurtful. After I left I am nothing but disappointed with this device, the pods are extremely small, the coils burn up Everytime you hit it and the so called "manager" is just as useless as the first girl. All I asked was to switch me out for the device I wanted as I expressed my concerns, I was told the manager would get in contact with me, WRONG. I had to contact her multiple weeks later after trying to go into the store and behind met with the same useless person yet again. I called today, was finally able to speak to a manager and all she could tell me was purchases are final and there was nothing she could do. What a useless team. Will never be coming back here again
