This USED to be my preferred place of getting my renewal. Especially since I drive from Tempe to get my card. But this place has changed so much. Each year I go there is a new doctor. I have yet to go and be evaluated by the same doctor. The receptionist has been there for 2 years now. At least I can say that was consistent. Even though I got my card here in 2016! I've seen new faces each year. Literally, I thought I was going to a place that would be able to keep the same staff for more than a year. This time was insanely bad!!! A waiting room FULL of waiting patients. All with confirmed appointments. If the clinic is running late, just as they send out a gazillion texts to renew, come in, they should have the courtesy to send a text.. appointment pushed back by 10-15mins. This is not how I had planned to spend my lunch break hour. Definitely will NOT be back to renew here. *Update* Please beware that this facility will hold your "renewal application" and process based off your "current card date". BUT you won't be told that or as the "managing partner" puts it, it is not their policy to indicate when applications will be submitted for renewal. After a MAJOR debacle with time as noted below, and calling to find out the status of my "renewal application" I found out that this facility will hold your renewal app and process based on your card expiration date. This would be okay if there had been communication, disclaimer, disclosure statement. But it is not and on their website it states "PROCESS" but nothing of the facts listed above. When I contacted the "managing partner" to ask for a refund based of the issues I encountered. He denied. After 3 emails back and forth when I communicated I would be filing a dispute with my financial institution & contacting BBB. You will never believe the response that I received from the "managing partner"! 1- I was threatened that my card would be pulled and could not be used, so figure out what I want to do 2- belittled .and I quote.. "like people such as yourself want things for nothing" 3- spoken to with nonsense and I quote "this must be a shakedown" 4- conspiracy theory type of jar gain and I quote "There facility does not take kindly to "blackmail" first and foremost, I've never encountered such berating type of communication from any management role aka "managing partner" of any type of establishment. secondly, never would I be thought to be described by someone who has never met me as "people such as your self want something for nothing". This is my 3rd renewal and never had a problem financially renewing. But now this goof ball wants to categorize me! Okay. Last but not least, this managing partner stated that he couldn't figure out what I wanted and therefore would no longer discuss and wished me a happy rest of my week. I'm sure my response was blocked but I wrote back "if you can't figure out that you failed at customer service, then that is far more troubling than the words exchanged in this email communication. " BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
