Liquid Sunshine is hands down the BEST airbrush tan I've EVER had!!! I have been getting sprayed at Liquid Sunshine for a couple years now, and I absolutely adore Shelley! She is the BEST !!!! Hands down, the best! She first sprayed me back in 2012 for my wedding and I have been a regular client ever since! For an amazing spray tan, I don't trust anyone else! She's so great with booking appointments, always on time, she's even willing to squeeze me in anytime I ask! She makes the entire process super comfortable! If you're a first timer she takes her time to explain everything, and she's even easily reachable for any questions or concerns after your session. She loves what she does and it's important to her that her customers are happy with their tans and her services. I just have to mention that I bought a package of tans 3 for $99 from Shelley. I bought them from her after I received my tan not on line. I'm not a a person to write reviews but this has bothered me. It's probably my mistake but she told me that they expired in September after I bought them in June. Not being the person that gets tans often I emailed her to see if I can make an appointment. She responded that my tans have expired in September but if you can come in today she can spray tan me. Unfortunately I couldn't come in because I had to work. She continued to send me another email telling me that she told me that the tans expired in 3 months plus a screen shot of the website. Wow I guess she told me. I just have a hard time when someone pays for something and they can't redeem the purchase. So be careful in what you buy because she is not a very accommodating business owner. I wonder what she spent my $66 dollars on? read more

This review is long overdue! I have been going to Liquid Sunshine for years now and always leave with the perfect tan! I started going to Liquid Sunshine back when Marie owned the business and was always very pleased with the natural tan color I received. Then, once Shelley became the owner, I started going even more frequently to receive my sun-less tan! The first time I had an appointment with Shelley, she had me explain what color I typically liked with my airbrush and she put the notes down in my file. I found this to be very professional and this made me realize she truly cares about her business and clients. Then, the very next day I even received a follow-up text from Shelley checking in to see how my tan turned out! Wow! Talk about perfect customer service! I was attending a wedding for one of my long time friend's from high school and was very pleased with my tan. Shelley is ALWAYS extremely accommodating and even when there might not be an appointment available at the time you request, she will even let you know if there is a cancellation or if she is able to fit you in close to the time you were hoping to receive your tan. She also has a new solution called the rapid developing tan, which is completely amazing as the solution dries more quickly allowing for you to shower within the first 3 hours and then continues to develop for the next 24 hours. I have not yet seen any other salon that has this type of tanning solution. I highly recommend visiting Shelley and Liquid Sunshine whether you are needing that perfect tan for a special occasion or just for a day of pampering. I naturally am extremely fair (Irish!), meaning I cannot tan at all by the sun, so I have been to airbrush tanning salons all over the bay area, and I can assure you that Liquid Sunshine and Shelley is by far the BEST place to receive your healthy, non-orange, even-looking tan! read more

Shelley is amazing. She seriously knows her stuff when it comes to spray tans and tanning products. I got a couple of the most even, glowing, natural looking tans from her so I decided to book a tan from her prior to my destination wedding and my local reception which was a couple weeks later. My tan on my wedding day was perfect and she gave me tips for when to come in and how to maintain it since I flew in a few days before the wedding. Then, when I came back in to get tanned for my local reception, I still had some of my previous tan on so it could have been a major problem. It was going on a bit strange and she noticed it right away and knew what to do to make sure it didn't look streaky or darker in some areas. It did seem like it was clinging on to the parts that had the previous tan so I was a little nervous to see how it would turn out for the next couple days but it ended up perfect!! No dark spots, totally even. I totally trust her to do even difficult tans and highly recommend her. Plus she's cool and you'll feel completely comfortable around her. read more
