Great place with friendly staff. The point system was explained to us and we joined even though we probably won't be here more than a couple of times a year. You get 1 point per $1 spent and can use to purchase select bourbons for less. The points are good for 6 months. This is the first liquor store I've ever seen that sells cheese. One staff member, I was told, is responsible for bringing food items in, such as cheese, crackers, hummus, and other snacks. We came twice over the weekend and I did buy a couple cheese varieties, along with wine. Boyf got a few bourbons. There is plenty of parking and the store is spacious. The one star off is for the outdoor restrooms that are not nice. The men's is closed, so the women's is unisex. The toilet flushed but the water in the sink was not working. read more

Great selection! We came here to get the alcohol for our son's wedding and they were the perfect answer. They had so much to choose from and also provided a lot of help with the quantities that we might need for the guests we expected. They also delivered to the venue that day and allowed us to bring back unopened items as well. The staff, every time we went there ,was friendly and helpful. I used to visit this place when i lived in Columbus and needed good, cheap liquor. It's right over the river in KY and was always well worth the trip. Last month, on a trip to Cincinnati, i needed to get some Bibb and Tucker for a gift. I was shocked that for a similar bottle that i paid $38 for several months ago in Orlando, it cost me $58 there. The price in Orlando has gone up to $49, but come on - what's with the price difference for a Kentucky bourbon, being sold in Kentucky? read more

Since college days in 1978 I have been coming to this location to purchase my liquor for New Year's . Generally spending $500-$2000 to replenish my liquor. Went today as usual, but now at age 63, I sometimes must use a bathroom immediately. I was advised, by an older woman, to go outside. The outside bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and unusable I came back inside only to ask again that I had to use the bathroom and was told they cannot help. I was so mad I decided to check out the party source they have bathrooms and are obviously the new place to shop for liquor. So this is an incredibly well stocked liquor store with some cool choices. There were lots of specials and very helpful employees. They even carry some super rare bottles BUT not a regular? Dont even dream about it. I suppose if I lived in town I would love this program but as someone from Cleveland who likes to grab cool bottles before returning home, it's kind of a bummer. You have to spend hundreds of dollars of things just to buy a bottle. So on top of having to earn points you have to spend the points AND money for these bottles. This makes a lot of sense with how rare the bottles are. Just impractical for an out of towner. I left empty handed because my options were almost all things I could get in Ohio or cheaper at other stores. Still a good average liquor store with nice staff. Great selection of bourbon and whiskey, but to get any of the higher quality items such as Blanton's or EH Taylor, you have to spend a certain amount of money to earn points. Once you have those points, you still need pay full prices for those higher-end bottles. I was told basically I'd have to spend $200 before I'd even qualify to buy one bottle of Blanton's. They have a point system which is great but i went in there with my best friend and his son who saw a bottle they wanted. It required a couple thousand points to purchase which was fine because he also could have used a Macallen 25 and a Lagavulin 26 which would give him enough points to purchase the bourbon his son wanted. Suddenly there was an unwritten rule (yes they had a list of rules that didn't include this) where the point purchases had to be over multiple purchases over several weeks in order to use them. I hate to say it but it sure felt like it was because they didn't want to sell to someone of his ethnic background. read more

Big shout-out to Liquor City uncorked for the stellar customer service this week. I was in need of some airplane bottles of particular liquor that I only needed for a recipe and didn't want to purchase a whole bottle of. I popped in and asked about their airplane bottles. They directed me over to the counter where they were. The gentleman who assisted me said that he wasn't confident that they had what I was looking for but did a search before I had to go buy a large bottle of it. In the end, they had it! Instead of spending $20 on a bottle of liquor that I wouldn't drink regularly, I only spend $2! Stuff like this makes me know that I'll choose Liquor City Uncorked for my next $20+ liquor purchase. I have to say this is one of my favorite places to come shop. They have a wide selection of pretty much everything and a big plus - they have small formats of some of the cordials. The hubby and I are big fans of "cocktail night" and Liquor City has helped us keep our bar well stocked! Liquor City Uncorked is my favorite liquor store to go to in Northern Kentucky. They have a wide variety of liquor, wine, and beer. It's a big enough store that you can find anything you need, but not so large that you have to walk great distances to get all of your purchases. One of my favorite aspects of the store is how friendly all of the staff is. If I ever have a question, or want a recommendation they are more than willing to help. They are respectful of the price range that I want to spend, and find me the best product within that range. Also, on Friday and Saturday afternoons they have a free wine tasting. I have found quite a few new wines that I might have not necessarily tried if I had not sampled them. I highly recommend coming here for all of your beer, liquor, and wine. read more

Well I like this place because they have a discount wine bin. Pretty awesome wines for a really big discount. I got a bomb Barolo for 38 bucks. Everything else is priced nicely and the service is top notch. I always get greeted immediately and they take my wine to my car for me. It's convenient (right off the highway) and set up nicely. It had been a long time since I had been to Uncorked. I went today to find a Cava they used to have and was please to see they still had it. But, beware. Only one person had on a mask, it was somebody working hard to stock the shelves. When I asked them to put one on to help me, one gentleman said his was in the car and the other person was able to do so. But, I had to ask. At the check out this big man was very rude and aggressive to me when I asked him to pull his mask over his nose. He immediately started yelling at me.He said he had a "medical condition" so couldn't cover his nose. CDC says you have to cover nose and mouth. He also got mad at me when I backed up to keep social distance. I asked for another checkout person and should have just left but I was feeling very confused and upset. I don't think I was mean or loud like him: I said I was trying to keep both him and me safe. He said I shouldn't be wearing gloves ( true: maybe that's not entirely sanitary but the virus is airborne, after all and he was going to sanitize the surface (so he said)). When I left he looked at me through the window and took his mask off and made a crazy face at me. I felt like crying. What kind of customer service is that? Very unpleasant, even scary experience. My first foray to Liquor City Uncorked was for a very nice tasting event with Bourbon Women of Cincinnati/Northern KY. This store has a great selection of wine, bourbon and all the other beverages as well as important party food. I went back the second time to get some of the wine we sampled the first time as well as the all important Kentucky Beer Cheese from Evans Gourmet Foods. It is delicious. And the beer cheese is at least $2.50 cheaper here than at Remke's. I'm planning to stop by again tomorrow to check on some different wine I want that I couldn't find at Kroger. They also stock the Yankee Doodle Dandy pretzels. You should try some! read more

This spot took over the old Cork N Bottle location. The staff was super helpful. Although when they grabbed the Barenjager for me, it was not the right kind. I had asked for the honey and bourbon and instead I accidentally purchased the honey liquor. My fault for not paying attention at the end of a long day.
