Have you been to Liquor World lately? If you have, you'll know that there's something for everyone. But in the best way possible. The store is expertly sectioned and organized so that you won't have trouble finding anything, ever. The wine selection carries many varieties of the California mass producers, but also seemingly unexplicable finds of smaller wineries. We recently found some excellent boutique wines from the Stags Leap District. Wines are categorized by State or Country with the higher-end bottles on the smaller racks in the middle of the aisles. Beer? You won't find the Bud Light next to the Craft Beer. They keep these separate. Almost on opposite sides of the store. And that's perfect for me. I can't ever seem to leave here without a New Belgium Folly Pack. But don't worry, you can find West coast or East coast craft brews and everything in between. God bless Arkansas and its relatively small population, everyone distributes!! And the liquor. High end, low end, cheap mixers, fancy mixers, McCallan 18 just an aisle away from Chi-chi's margarita mix. The variety is astounding. Liquor World is a nice hidden gem in Midtown. They have a wide selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The employees are very nice and friendly. The employees have always answered any of my questions and they have great recommendations on product. The atmosphere is very laid back. The store is very clean and well organized. One of the best things about Liquor World is the employees would be happy to help you carry your purchase to your vehicle. For example i recently purchased multiple cases of product for an event i am organizing and the employees grabbed a cart and helped me load my vehicle. The selection at Liquor World is unmatched in the NWA area. The guys working there are also the friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a liquor store. I bought some craft beer and accidentally dropped the bag on the way to the car, breaking one of the bottles and spilling beer everywhere. I collected the glass and headed back into the store to buy another pack of beer. One of the employees noticed my distress while I was still on the way back in to the store and came out to the parking lot and offered to replace the beer I had broken. They took the bag and unbroken beers and let me grab a fresh pack even though it was completely my fault. I live a good 45 minutes from here, but I will certainly be making the trip more often to buy from Liquor World. They've earned my business! read more

Customer service is excellent ! The staff helped me find what I wanted quickly with an energetic attitude. I was purchasing a case of beer and when I explained I had to carry it upstairs they opened the case and put each 6 pack in a separate bag. This made it very easy to carry upstairs. So I'm leaving Liquor World in Fayetteville and before tonight, I loved this place and their selections. They actually provided the alcohol for our wedding.. but I wont be going back!!! When I walked up to the counter an older white man and younger white man were pushing each other around and laughing. I tried to joke with them bc they were joking around. And then they asked me if I heard about the politics in FL where the black people were asked to get off stage bc they were dancing at graduation. I told them I had not.....*I have since watched the video and those people were not asked to leave the stage, rather forced off the stage* .... I then the old man explained to me what happened in FL and asked me my opinion, to which I said... "I think that people should be able to celebrate however they want. You work hard to get there so you should celebrate." Then they informed me that there are rules against dancing.... to which I said "I have actually graduated from college before and I was never given any rules" They looked shocked and said really.... and then asked if I stopped on stage and celebrated like the black people were?... to which i said "In fact I did. I stopped looked up at my son and waved at the camera for several seconds. He was super young so i wanted to make sure he saw me" They were left speechless. Then responded, well they are making this a race thing. And I responded with... you should celebrate however you want when you work that hard to get a degree. Then he responded well they are making this about race, again.... I then said again "everyone should celebrated however they want and I'm not arguing with ignorance tonight." Whether they were trying to insult me or not, they did. Black people are discriminated against everyday!!! And I'm sure if I wasnt a white customer and if I was a black customer they wouldn't be making jokes about a black people dancing. And sir, this isnt about politics, it's about human rights, equality, and fairness. And how dare you try to defend what happened at University of Florida! This is the best liquor store in F-Ville with a warehouse sized footprint. It has a massive variety of beer, wine, liquors, liqueurs. They even carry extremely difficult to find (in Arkansas) drinks like grappa. Prices are good although not rock bottom and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. read more

For the amount of space... The selection is boring and somewhat limited. I would have liked to see more ethnic options. The beer selection is VERY sad as well. I went in here tonight with my friend as it was his 21st and we were browsing around at their wines, and other bottles. It got to be 9:45 and they shut most of the lights off so neither of us could see anything and I had to use my flashlight to look at what was on the shelves. I get that the workers probably wanted to leave at closing but there were 15 more minutes until the closed. I had planned on buying stuff and so did my roommate but I left because they clearly sent the message they didn't want people in there. I get that you want to go home at 10 but it was 945 and come on really shutting the lights off on people to get them out ? Bad customer service ! I went and bought stuff at another liquor store.
