The store was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting, which immediately made browsing enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made us want to take our time and explore every aisle. This place is absolutely amazing and, in our opinion, beats BevMo by 110 percent. The selection is impressive, and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for while also discovering new things you did not even know you needed. I loved how this store truly has everything you could possibly think of when it comes to wine and entertaining. From a great variety of wines to adorable wine stoppers, stylish coasters, and beautifully designed wine bags, there were so many unique and thoughtful items that would make perfect gifts or additions to your own home. The customer service really stood out and took the experience to another level. A special thank you to Elena, who took the time to help us find the perfect wine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she gave us. The cashier was also incredibly nice and friendly, which made checking out just as pleasant as the rest of the visit. Another great surprise was the variety of snacks available. It was nice to see so many options that pair well with wine, making this a true one stop shop. Overall, this store exceeded our expectations in every way. I honestly wish we had a store like this in California. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be stopping by again. This is a must visit spot for wine lovers and anyone looking for great service and a fantastic shopping experience.

I had seen a few of them on our recent travels through The Natural State. It was early in the morning, but they were open. Lol. Right away I noticed a few things... being warmly greeted. Clean store. The prices were low. I grabbed a bottle of Post Moscato ($10.28) made in Altus for my mom. For my brothers, I let them choose between Wild Parallel (straight bourbon whiskey finished in toasted oak barrels $39.28) and Fox Trail (Arkansas straight bourbon whiskey $45.72). I had one of the very friendly employees guide me to the best, most locally-owned and made at reasonable prices. Appreciated! My brothers drank every last drop before I had a chance to crash their pads too. Jerks. Oh, but they both said they were both "pretty damn good." I would be a frequent visitor if my hometown had this store. TIP There was quite a bit of Razorback gifts like shot glasses, glasses, koozies, and bottle openers towards the back.

The staff is knowledgeable and able to help customers select wines to match their palate. They do an excellent job of making wine feel approachable so don't feel like you need to know a lot about wine to go there. They take the time to get to know you, understand what you are looking for and have wine options in all price points. There's a lovely bourbon selection too! If you want to learn more about wine and/or try a variety before committing to purchase, check out their wine classes! Excellent way to try before you buy and learn about what you like and to develop your wine palate! We love this store, the people and the selection!

The depth of knowledge about wine, the quality of the instruction, and the communication before and during each class are all outstanding. But what really sets King James apart is the wine. They don't fill the table with bottom-shelf bottles. You get the opportunity to taste some of the best wines available in Northwest Arkansas--premier vintages and producers from some of the great wine regions of the world. Even better, King James regularly brings in top winemakers and producers to talk about their wines, their vineyards, and what makes their products special. That kind of access makes the experience much more than simply tasting wine. Every class is an opportunity to learn something new, taste wines you might otherwise never have the chance to try, and meet people who genuinely appreciate wine. And honestly, the only thing better than the wines are Tim and Ben. Their knowledge, passion, humor, and ability to make everyone feel welcome are what make King James Wine School such a special experience. If you enjoy wine--or even if you're just beginning to learn about it--I can't recommend King James Wine School highly enough. It is simply one of the best wine experiences in Northwest Arkansas.
