In the end they'll just give you the run around and won't actually do anything to fix the issues. When I was leaving, he literally told me to save $1 a day so I could afford a yearly windshield replacement. 1) Unless you drive a lot, you shouldn't need a yearly windshield replacement. 2) He quoted me $100 MORE for my next windshield replacement, telling me it'd be $365 when for my car (and the increase in prices due to tariffs) should be no more than $200-250. Do NOT go to this place. Unknown to me, my sister took her car to him for a tire rotation earlier in the year where he charged her for the service he never even did!!! Our brother took a look at the papers she was given showing the "service" and went down there with her. It's because of him that she was able to get a refund. They literally charged her for a service they didn't provide, and it's only thanks to my brother who knows cars that he was able to call the owner out and they immediately gave her a refund. Immediately. Which means they know what they did and they acknowledge they tried to scam her. Takeaway: This establishment WILL charge you through the roof if you don't know your shit.
