These kind of reviews are really hard to write, especially when you've been researching and you…read morebelieve you've found the best of the best. You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

I have mixed feelings and some disappointments from this experience especially two people…read morerecommended this place for me which made me have very high expectations. 1. Consultation process: I was very nervous since I am Asian and my eyes have folds which make the shape of liner extremely critical, if too long, my eyes would look droopy, if not thick enough, no one can tell I have eye liners on. One time I walked in and asked about consultation, see if they can draw the liners during consultation to make sure we are on the same page and to ease my nervousness since this is a permanent thing! But it was denied. Then I called to schedule a consultation, and when I showed up on the day of consultation, I was told my appointment was not on the system. WHAT?!?!? But I was quickly greeted and was told that my concerns are heard and understood. So I thought it should be good even though I can't see the liners drawn before they get tattooed..... 2. First session: I choose some photos from MM Brows' site as reference and explained the thickness of the liner that I need. And the adjustments I need. From the communication, it seemed that my requests are understood. During the process, very little numbing solution was applied, I had to bite my tongue and resist the pain a lot. At the end my eyes were swollen which are to be expected. When the session is done, I was offered to use the makeup closeup mirror to check the results, they appeared ok except days later after the swelling is gone, the lines can barely be seen. NO ONE KNEW that I had liners tattooed. I guess the swelling and the blowup mirror created the false impression that the artist gave me the liner thickness I asked for. 3. Follow up session: I again made the emphasis about the shape and liner thickness I requested due to the shape of my eyelids. I told her that since I have to go through this pain to get tattooed and naturally I want the results that meet my original requests. During the process, again, very little numbing solution was applied and my eyes were in severe pain. I had to request additional numbing cream in order to continue the process. I also drew the shape and thickness of the liners I want using phone app to demonstrated what I expect to receive. Unfortunately, the end results are not what I requested. 4. Positive notes: The work is very detailed despite the fact that it's not the shape or thickness I requested ... and the lady has good sense of humor
