I was paired up with another girl and she was great, no fall out but couldn't go back to her because of our schedules so they paired me with another and she was also great, no fall out. I had to reschedule with her due to my schedule and nothing was available. I asked to be paired up with someone else and made it very clear I did not want Shay again. Guess who I was paired with? I gave it a go thinking maybe it was a bad day or something. That was last Friday, it is currently Saturday.. a week and a day from my fill and my lashes are gone. I canceled my upcoming appointment. I'd rather go somewhere that'll do my lashes right.

You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

My lashes are so on point, I use less eye makeup now (including eyeliner), and it really saves time getting ready. Trust me, your boyfriend, girlfriend, fiance, husband, or whoever it may be will be thankful. I've tried 2 of the 3 lash styles offered: 1) Super glam - The most popular choice. The true "mascara look." 2) Diva - The Y shaped lashes are 2 lashes fused into one for a fluffy, natural look. The third option are mink lashes, which I have not tried yet. You can also choose the length of your lashes, how much curl, and if you want longer at the ends. Back to Kimi, she is so diligent, precise, and gentle. Not to mention, she's fast! Her work is night and day compared to work done by other salons. Her booth at the Sola Salons is comfy and relaxing with pretty good music playing. I must ask her for her playlist next time. When it's time for the big reveal, you won't believe your eyes! I recommend keeping up with fills at least every 3 weeks and scheduling your next appointment at least 1 week in advance. So I came here and wow what a difference that made. The inside is very pretty and they have a little waiting area. When I came here, Christina took (and still does) care of me and she did an amazing job. She took her time making sure the lashes were flawless. Ever since then I have been coming to her for fills and I am always satisfied. The lashes lasts from 2-3 weeks depending on how well you take care of them. For reference I always get a gel manicure, simple, one color, short nails and square round shape. Tiffany- fairly quick, nails last 2.5-3 weeks without lots of lifting which I appreciate take. From a distance they look fine, but up close there is a lack of attention to detail. I've had areas that are not smooth and are scuffed, and times where the shape is not quite how I want them and the lengths are uneven. Ultimately I would go to her again, but I wouldn't specifically pick this location based on her work. Katie- honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have had in over a decade. She is slow, and soaks the gel off before using the drill which I felt like just weakened my nails. Every nail was a different length, the shape was awful, I asked her to correct them multiple times. The gel was completely uneven both when feeling my nails and even when looking from a distance. Genuinely a terrible experience. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. The salon remains clean and the color choices are aplenty, only downfall is most colors have an upcharge.
