She was unresponsive to my communication. A perfect example of this was when she agreed to serve my defendants by a specific day. I paid her. She then followed up with a message stating she was taking a long weekend to spend with her family. Family time is important indeed and so are business transactions that you agreed to complete by a specific time. My total cost to her was over $900 for less than crappy process service. She did not furnish me with a single proof of service. Additionally, I am now finding out from my defendants that the service was invalid and fraudulent. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you expect ethical practices, legal practices, and results. Everything I am saying in this review is completely verifiable. If anyone is considering hiring Robin, reach out to me first. I will provide you copies of my entire email thread with her. Lastly, it's amazing to me how I have contacted Robin on multiple occasions since getting less than crappy service. She ignored every one of my messages UNTIL I posted this review. Ha!
