I was in an absolute pinch when some printed frame mattes did not show up for a high-end executive event. I searched print shops in the area and no one could print on thick photo matte, let alone in a short turnaround. I had the idea to try calligraphy. I sent out tons of inquiries to artists in the area and Lisa got back to me promptly. (No one else got back to me but that's besides the point) In an extreme time crunch she did an amazing, I cannot emphasize amazing enough, job on a large order of photo mattes. The lettering was gorgeous and if I hadn't met her face-to-face I'd swear she's not human and a machine. An absolute pleasure to work with, she was professional and calm (even when I was stressing) and I think provided a better product than the printed mattes that never came. A true artist with customer services skills, and our international board members we're beyond impressed. Lisa recently did the calligraphy for my daughter's wedding invitations. We met with her to go over details and she was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We were so delighted with the results. Lisa was able to match the font of the invitation and her suggestion to use a white ink made the envelopes absolutely stunning! I was in awe watching her artistry in action. The envelopes were done earlier than promised and she had no problem making a few last minute changes. Compared to the other 4 or 5 I contacted, Lisa's prices seemed the most fair, and her online demeanour and timely responses made me feel I could trust her with the job.
