Was lectured for a few minutes on how business cards are "not a magic bullet" and how "if you need to ask (the price), it's probably out of your range." I asked about engraved business cards. Quoted ~$2.5k for a handful of paper cards. Not a single engraved card sample in sight and their limited (2) samples were entirely unimpressive. Was so hot and stuffy inside, felt like I was suffering oxygen deprivation. From the owner himself, if you need business cards, "go to one of those online places." I recommend the sellers on Etsy.

Years ago, I sprained some fingers and needed. both rings enlarged (the eternity ring had extra gold put between two stones). The team here was able to repair both like new. I came here a while back to get a quote on having a diamond re-set into a ring. I was told that I…read morewould need to bring the diamond with me to get a proper quote. So a few weeks later I found a pocket of time to bring it back in, I brought the diamond with me this time. The guy told me the first time I would need to leave the ring with him so he could do a full inspection or something like that, which I thought was strange, but this was my first time having any sort of jewelry repaired, so I'm not sure exactly what protocol looks like. This time I came in close to closing time, he didn't even ask for the diamond, he just looked at the ring for literally 2 seconds and then quoted me $400!!! So I made a second trip there that was apparently unnecessary since he could have just given me that quote the first time. . I thought that price sounded literally insane for a ring that is probably worth slightly more than $400, so I declined. Online it says having a ring re-set should cost around $50-$150. I was able to take the ring elsewhere and have it repaired and polished within minutes for $40 which they did in front of me. Sounds like from the other reviews this guy seems to be dishonest, and that was definitely my impression by the $400 repair quote. I really can't stand dishonest people and people that waste my time. Please do better.
