You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. I went to Copy Land in Gardena situated in an industrial area and entered an unpretentious front room reminiscent of the 1940's or even futher back in time which to me is cool. A man came out from the inner office and patiently listened to what needed to be black and white photocopied. 10 copies, $3.00. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I no long maintain a prInter at home since I use it so rarely, my ink dries up and jams the ink jets. Waste of expensive ink cartridges so coming to Copy Land is the way to go. Also, I avoided the hassle of photocopying procedure when doing self copy at Staples. No parking lot, but there is enough street parking. 4 stars

I had them print some postcards and they did a fantastic job. They even took the time to explain the differences between digital and offset printing. Offset all they way if you can wait. I had submitted my proof with 2 minor mistakes that I hadn't caught. Luckily they hadn't put it to print yet and waited for me to resubmit the corrected version. Fair pricing. High quality.
