However, finally, She sent me a text with the cancellation confirmation; I overlooked the date written as 01/13/2025. When I received the mail at home, I noticed the date and called the following day to restore my insurance to my desired date because There would be a two-week gap between my new and old insurance dates. Unfortunately, the guy only answered the phone and heard the issue for the first time. I gave them more than 5hours to get back to me, and my emails, texts, and calls have been ignored. This kind of agent bleeds you for a long time, and when you want to change to new insurance, they mistreat you. I will never recommend this agent to anyone. She has never been reachable by phone as insurance is highly sensitive. Very disappointed!

But the worst is that they quote a price for coverage, and then, many weeks later, we receive a notice from State Farm corporate that the price quoted was incorrect, too low - in fact, much too low, and we are billed an additional premium amount after the coverage was supposed to have already begun. In the latest situation, the Crelencia agency quoted us a price that was less than half what we were ultimately billed by State Farm. And this has happened twice in our dealings with this agency. Something is quite wrong here. These comments are not meant to reflect on State Farm, but on the Crelencia agency. We have dealt with State Farm for many, many years, and though State Farm is perhaps the most expensive coverage, they are also the best when it comes to filing a claim. But apparently they need to monitor their agents more diligently.

She is always next to the phone when you need her and she will always return calls in an orderly manner. Another reason why we respect Dieu so much is because our insurance went up a year ago.
