Front desk was very helpful and nice, I think that all the good I can say about this place. Anywho, when I came in to cement my bridge on the doctor only came in introduced himself looked at my tooth and sent someone else to come cement it on. She didn't even ask check to see if it fit properly, just cemented right on. Later that night, it felt uncomfortable, next day worse and so on. On the next week I noticed my gums were swollen, so I figured they placed the bridge incorrectly. I go in to get seen again, another doctor sees me, she shaves down my bridge and said that was the issue, said I should t have pain again and if I do take ibuprofen. That night the pain got worse, next morning even worse. I called in they gave me an appointment that same day. The first doctor I seen attended me and asked what was the issue. I said honestly I don't know but I am having immense pain, please remove this bridge! The doctor said, it was your bridge you brought in we just cemented it back on. We did nothing wrong. oh dear this doctor has no compassion. I told him that I was in so much pain I had to ask him to numb my area, he injected me but numbed everywhere else but the affected area! When he sent the hygienist to come clean up the area, because he refused to remove or even adjust the bridge she started to clean up the area and I started crying of the immense pain! She stopped and looked at the X-ray taken, said I had bone loss and that's probably what's causing the pain. After she seen me crying she gave me another injection for numbness and said I was all done and sent me off home. I asked what do I do for this pain, she said go ask the doctor to prescribe something for you. He prescribed me ibuprofen! After I told them I've been taking that and it's not helping relieve the pain! I will never set foot in this place again! These people know nothing about what they're doing! If you have an appointment here, please think twice and do not schedule here! It's horrible, they have no compassion for patients in pain. They didn't even find a solution to my problem! I'll definitely be going back to my family dentist even if I have to drive 2 hours.

Ardi, the manager, is highly engaged and ensures the offices run smoothly while patients feel well cared for. I especially appreciate the bilingual environment--many staff members speak Spanish, which has been incredibly helpful and comforting for my parents. Dr. Jas is exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure I am comfortable during procedures. At my most recent visit, despite my fear of needles, I felt completely at ease and did not experience any discomfort. NP Ratcliff suggested 200 on each and I caved in as he stated I would get better results, he took my before pictures and we did the procedure, which I was quoted 2k for. I went in 3 weeks later for a scheduled post appointment with NP to make sure everything was well and the girl up front said the NP had left for the day. Great an inconvenience.. however I asked the girl if she was able to show me by before pictures as I did not notice any results and I was supposed to see results 2 weeks after the procedure. She looked through the iPad and she said there were no pictures taken on the day I went in of my traps. I clearly remember NP taking the pictures. I tried rescheduling an appt to see the NP again and they said they were booked up for the next 2 months. Honestly I feel like I was just scammed two thousand dollars worth, I'm not sure if the Botox was diluted with something else because I should have seen results with the amount of Botox that was injected and I didn't, which is why I tried seeing the NP but was unavailable during the times I was and when I did the appt he had left for the day. The service was great and the NP was amazing but overall after the procedure and I had questions I did not receive the help I needed. I'm left to pay the 2k in payments now with no results. I learned my lesson. I am also aware trap tox is not permanent and I knew this before the procedure and NP did explain however from the start there were no visible results. I attached a picture of when they did the procedure they offered to film for me and I left the office feeling great but overall I regret getting it because again no results within the two weeks and lack of help and communication afterwards.
