As we left the first of the homes he showed me, he pointed at a pair of teenagers tossing a football back and forth in their yard, across the street. "See, this is why you don't want to live here." I expressed confusion, as a family friendly area was exactly what I wanted. He hinted subtly at his meaning, until I realized, his problem was that the boys were black. He was telling me, a white man, that I didn't want to live here because there were too many black people in the neighborhood. In conversation, he was very rude and aggressive, and at one point made a comment about the recent ICE protests, in that he hopes the police "stop being pussies and shoot the whining little snowflakes." I felt very unsafe my entire time working with him, and found another realty office to work with.

Randy helped me sell my Uncle's home and was helpfull. Skip a couple years forward and he is a different person. Greedy. He loves to talk about himself. He will word things that he legally has to do for you as if he is doing it as a favor. He doesn't want to sell your house he wants you to take a cash offer from him personally. When I did fire him he charged me 350 for a so called house cleaning that never happened. There was actually a new stain on the rug. The only thing that was cleaned was the bathroom. He then referred to the house as filthy. Very insulting as it was not. We had just had an estate sale and clean up crew vacuumed and cleaned up. I thought I was paying Randy for more of a deep clean as he promised and had done previously. Let's also mention the house was listed for a month with no contact from him. When I inquired he claimed to have an offer but it was too insulting to present it to me. Absolutely not his call to with hold an offer but I honestly believe there never was an offer. This man on 3 occasions insisted on trying to buy the home himself for cash low balling so he could flip it. Insulting us on small things that needed to be done to the home and that it was listed too high. Let's just say with a new realitor the home sold immediately at little below asking price no problems.

He was very understanding of my situation. He wasn't like the other agents who just tell you about the selling points of the property, he gives you feedback on what he sees in a home. I appreciated this because I did not want to be blindsided by repairs in the future. He went above and beyond for my family by looking up flood areas and other external issues with every home I viewed. Randy is very knowledgable and very helpful with setting up appointments. He guided me through the whole process like a big brother and is still answering questions for me (I'm a month in my home)! I was about to give up on finding the perfect home after being outbid but Randy always kept me positive. Randy helped me find the perfect lender who was able to get me a better rate and loan amount then any of the other lenders I dealt with. The lender was Jon at Guild Mortgage in Longview! He was able to give me all my options and answer all my crazy questions about percentage rates and pay off dates and differences in loans. Randy was there with me to help explain my situation and goals as well. I felt like we were a team working towards a goal but I was the one in charge of the decisions.... there was no pressure or hard selling like when u buy a car! When I finally found a home the process felt like forever (just be patient), we had so many appointments to knock out and Randy was able to set them up and explain why they were so important. I was very pleased to have so much information at my fingertips.
