After what I saw was good, I then proceeded to check them out in person. The location is perfect - they are in a shopping plaza inside of the salon lofts which is very nice and gives you that pampered feeling. When I arrived to their suite it was packed! This is usually a indication that good service is happening or a great promotion. They only take walkins so be either early, prepared to sit/stand, or come back. I came back within an hour and was not serviced until 45 minutes later. So arrived at 1234 left at 230. If that's great time for you - then by all means it's worth it. Met candy herself and she was really sweet and knowledgeable. She also was accommodating since I am pregnant. Now let's get to the 2 stars. 1) The wait time. I'm impatient so there's that. 2) My actual brows. The service I got was a wax and tint. I was not satisfied at all. She did advise the first few times may not be as great as it would be in the future but still. Why should I have to spend $30 for 4-6 visits to see an improvement?? The results looked like a minimum fill in that I could have done a better job with a pencil and actually made even. I really wanted this to work. Maybe in the future, I'd be willing to give them another time or two to redeem themselves. I guess the plus side to it is that I won't have to fill in with my pencil for a week or two lol

The salon is located in a shopping center on Peachtree Road. Super convenient because it's really close to a lot of shops. The salon is full of other stylists and booths. It's no overcrowded or hectic like most, very clean and classy. Candy's shop is located in booth 14. She has a small waiting area and two chairs for brows. I walked in with no appointment around 4:30 on a Thursday. No wait at all. It looks like she works quickly too because a woman had just walked out and as I was finishing another woman was walking in. You'll be safe without an appointment. I have pretty thick eyebrows. After 3 weeks they start to get crazy. I'm hesitant when trying new eyebrow places simply because women usually love to rip my eyebrows off. NO! Thankfully Candy asked if I wanted to keep them full. I appreciate that so much. I was skeptical because her technique was different and it was taking longer than my usual salons. The wax even felt different & her hand motions felt different but I could tell she was being precise. I don't know what magic she used but my eyebrows came out FLAWLESS. The skin around my brows feels smooth and clean, no irritation. A wax alone was $16.50 with tax. It was definitely worth it. I'll do a follow up review in a few weeks to see how long they lasted. I'd recommend anyone to get their brows done here.

They look amazing in all the pictures- completely natural and I loved not having to wear mascara. I find it hard to justify the expense for just walking around everyday, but if you're a soon-to-be bride, you NEED eyelash extensions. For real. You'll thank me later. She also spent 2+ hours coaching me on makeup in her adorable kirkwood home, talking me down from the ledge of my lack of self-confidence, giving me samples, writing everything down so I wouldn't forget. I made an appointment at the end of July. I arrived early, and there's a sign at the door asking customers to text a number when they arrive. They will text back when the tech is ready. I went back to my car for a few minutes until I received a text. The beauty bar is salon is pretty big and sectioned by different services. For example, the hair salon is on one side and has a different entrance. The brow bar's entrance is behind the building. The space is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Eden introduced herself and took me to her room. She went over the process before getting started. I don't have any tattoos, so I was terrified to say the least, but Eden was very patient. She helped calm my nerves and assure me that it will be virtually painless. And it was! She used a numbing cream and I barely felt anything. The process took a little over an over and I am SO happy with my brows! I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. I went back a couple months later for my touch up and asked Eden to add blending. She had originally suggested it at my first appointment, but I thought I just wanted microblading. She was right and I should have listened in the first place. I am so grateful for Eden for giving the brows I've always wanted! Splendid Beauty Bar is over an hour away from me and totally worth the drive.

The technician barely consulted with me, and the results looked uneven. I brought up my concerns, but they were brushed off as "normal healing." Spoiler: it wasn't. I also tried their needleless lip filler service later, thinking maybe it was just a one-off bad day. Big mistake. The lip plumping results were inconsistent -- one side of my lips looked fuller than the other, and when I asked about it, I was told to "wait a few weeks" for it to settle. Weeks later, the imbalance was still there. Whatever was in it broke my lips out bad, I developed cold sores too I don't know if they properly disinfect their material. Overall, the quality, care, and attention to detail just aren't consistent if you're planning to be a loyal client. They seem more focused on cycling through new customers than building real, lasting relationships with the ones they already have.
