When I spoke to someone on the phone, she took no ownership. She made it seem as though it was my fault, or it was make up, or too much water (so she said). I don't wear makeup at all and I didn't put water or any products on my eyebrows. I never do!!! This isn't my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and tint but the first time I had my eyebrows peel and hairs missing. It's sad that I couldn't even been compensated by coming back (which is 40 minutes away) for them to re do it. Thank you for not caring about your customers. She didn't continue to ask again and push which I felt it was a little aggressive telling me that I need to get my lip cleaned. I did not like that. If I say I don't need an additional service just give me what I'm coming in and asking for it and paying for. She also kept telling me how dry my face was but did not offer any product or service for my skin. So I didn't understand why she was telling me how dry my skin was but was not offering anything I didn't like that either. Because of this I may not go to this location again. Outside of all of that the place was clean and it was not super busy so I was able to walk straight in and get my eyebrows done.

I've never had micro blading done before. There's so much out there I don't know what technique is what. However, Latoya explained everything and I went with the micro blading. I didn't feel a thing! Could I hear the "scraping"? Yes. But it was nothing. We talked through the whole process. She's an hour away from me and yes I'm will continue to go back. She had a special that day that I knew nothing about and she didn't have to tell me but she did. Her salon is clean and well set up. The bathroom clean and pretty. I'm so glad I found her.
