She is warm, skilled, and takes the time anyone could ask for to explain and discuss medical issues or procedures. The staff is great, the nurses are great, and there are other Dr's in the practice to see you if you need an apt. urgently and Dr. Flores is not available. She is part of the practice at the Conejo Medical Center and they also have an x-ray, a mammogram machine, a stress treadmill and a mini lab there, so it is 1-stop for medical needs. No running to another building or office to get your blood drawn or the UA . The only drawback is that she works part-time, but she it's never an inconvenience. Appointments are easy to schedule, can be had fairly quickly, and the waiting time in the waiting room and exam room has never been over 15 minutes combined. You will not be disappointed!

I'm happy with the care and service provided, and also appreciate the network of specialists that they have referred me to, often in the same building. Since first becoming a patient, I've had two or three high deductible PPO insurance plans, all that have worked fine. They charge a $15 lab fee for shipping specimens to outside labs, which was explained up front and is reasonable. I also appreciate that they manage their office overhead by automatically charging my HSA credit card for under $100 balance due amounts, after first collecting from the insurance company and applying the insurance company's negotiated rates. This keeps their cost down and simplifies bill payment on my end. Some other reviewers take issue with this, but it's never bothered me. Overall great office for periodic medical care.

Since obtaining this new doctor we've requested the medical records from this doctor since June 19, 2023. They have failed to provide the records for both of our children. In calling their front desk the women who answers the phone was extremely contentious and avoided taking any action. The doctor ended up responding with a threatening email (see enclosed) stating we need to pay her office $50 to release the records. Keep in mind we never gave our previous doctor's office the authorization to give these records to this office. They are violation of California state law. They are bullies. I wouldn't trust them with the care of my children. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS OFFICE OPERATES OUT OF PROFIT.

He has many years of experience and has a lot of skills in his tool kit from the vast amount of patients he has seen over time. I think it makes him more sensitive, caring and undoubtedly, non-judgemental of his patients. I thought I had found the perfect physician in Dr. Mysko who reminded me of an old time country doctor. Unfortunately this perfection didn't last very long. I experienced numerous billing errors with my insurance co-pays, duplicate insurance claims and difficulty making appointments with his gossipy and snippy receptionist. . I must add that the doctors RN, Ris, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional, she went out of her way to accommodate my medical needs. In my opinion, Dr. Mysko failed to provide me with the medical care I needed but had no problems billing my insurance company for procedures I do not need. He also prescribed medications to me that I later found out that not only did I not need but the medications caused me some nasty side effects that I wasn't expecting. I had been having trouble sleeping and my insurance company referred me to another medical specialist. That specialist tried numerical times to confer with Dr. Mysko by phone and email yet got no response. I reminded Dr. Mysko quite a few times to no avail Later in my tenure with this doctor he agreed that my medical condition warranted being placed on long term disability and had his nurse give me some paperwork to complete which I did and submitted to the state of California who in turn contacted Dr. Mysko for my medical records and his recommendation. To my surprise Dr. Mysko never completed the required medical information even after many, many letters and phone calls from the state and me. Consequently the claim was denied which put me in a financial situation for five months time until I finally was able to relocate with family members yet never have been able to work again. It's my opinion that this physician has made so many false promises to me that I'm unable to recommend him and his services to anyone. Perhaps it's his time to retire and live off the profits of his many braggadocio real estate holdings including the building his practice is in.

I had to look for all new medical providers for her and knew it might be difficult as my mom loved her docs in Orange County. I found Dr G doing after doing a lengthy web search. I read his profile and took a chance on him. I am so glad we found him! My mom LOVES Dr. G and always says it every visit. Dr G is patient, friendly, compassionate, and listens to everything during the visit. We never feel rushed or feel like he is running an assembly line. Dr G has the best bedside manner for the older population:) Although, if I could have him as my own doc I would, but I have Kaiser insurance.
