I must say not sure why or who gave this spa a low rating. I wondering of these are even real as a day or two that are posted LIT wasn't even open. I LOVED my results! I have been going to LIT since its opened, I have minimal pain with my lip filler as Robin uses a numbing agent on my lips and I have always had a great result. Having someone like Robin walking me through a treatment plan that's tailored to "MY" needs and what "I" want and not just the same sales pitch I get from other Spa's. Its so refreshing!!! I love that Robin has a medical back ground as a nurse. We talk in depth as to what would work best at my age as every treatment is not meant for every age. She took her time and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable with ever visit. Her spa is absolutely beautiful and I look forward to going and having some personal beauty time. Amazing!! I went in for Botox and lip filler. I was telling Robin about my chins fat and how I absolutely hate it because it makes me feel more fatter than I am so with my consultation she was telling me about fat dissolver.... WHAT!!! I can get rid of my chin fat with a few treatments and without scaring?!!!! So of course I booked the appointments and all I can say is I wished I would have known about this sooner. Every appointment was a great experience. I look natural and beautiful. I absolutely love the results!!! I've gotten botox and lip filler done at LIT and other friends have gotten a range of treatments. What I love is whenever I walk in Robin makes sure to sit me down and go over what I want and my expectations and then explain how any injection is going to work and how to properly care for them. Robin's briefings inundate rather than inform. Her invasive follow-ups add to the discomfort, while the underwhelming outcomes of her treatments leave a lot to be desired. She tends to advocate for procedures that seem superfluous, further undermining her credibility. The forced positivity radiates a disturbingly artificial vibe. Communication with Robin tends to be disingenuous, causing an uneasiness about expressing concerns. The post-treatment phase is a minefield of disappointment as the promised youthful radiance fails to materialize. All in all, LIT & Aesthetics falls dreadfully short of even mediocre expectations. read more

Recently the service really has been declining here. I had an appointment scheduled and they wouldn't do my service because I was out in the sun. Even if I was being safe, wear sunscreen and under shade, it did not matter. I am traveling to the beach and needed to have my laser touched up. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new provider. My Botox treatment by Robin was unsatisfactory. Overwhelming procedural and she made me feel that my questions were bothersome. The results were underwhelming, failing to meet what was promised. Her approach felt insincere and pushy, which resulted in an uncomfortable experience. Disappointing. read more
