When comforted with the mistake they help make , they become angry and resort to bullying to the point of telling the customer never come back!!! Today, we scored some Caribbean Red Snapper, Halibut, and Whiting at excellent prices. Restaurant Depot employees have always been very helpful. Today, two individuals went "Over & Above" for us: Golden in the frozen seafood section searched and found a box of halibut and Devin (forklift driver) located and brought-down a pallet of habanero peppers. As a former retailer (20 years) and process/performance Improvement consultant (30 years), I am IMPRESSED with the stores upkeep and especially the Customer Service!!!

It was my first trip there and when I told Marcus, a customer service employee, he ran over and rang a bell to celebrate that I was a new customer. LOL. Lit has a cornucopia of kitchen equipment and supplies, even perishables, and frozen foods. To boot, everything you buy here is EXTREMELY reasonably priced. You'll find cooking supplies, dishware, glassware, disposables like paper plates and cups, spices, frozen meats and sauces, canned veggies, and on and on. Literally anything and everything you might need to prepare a meal. I was only there for a few items, but I left with a cart full. So you must be disciplined, when you head into Lit. :-) I appreciate that Lit has security and employees walk you to your car to help you unload. Like most other stores in this genre, Costless Outlets' products fall into two categories: A) really good deals B) stuff that makes me look at the price tag twice because it is full retail value. Good stuff they had when I went today: The deluxe Crock-Pot with digital timer for less than $30. Ink Cartridges for my printer, 3 for $25. 6 jumbo rolls of TP for $3.50. I take these and other purchases to the register, and ask the cashier, "So how long have you guys been here?" He says 4 years. Really? I had no idea. I've driven past it countless times. Based on the merchandise in stock today, I would assume at least 75% comes from Costco. Don't expect to find anything in particular- Enjoy the unexpected. I'll be back soon.
