I discovered Greenhaus Boutique when I attended a breast cancer fundraiser held there. If you're new to the scene and don't know where to start, the very nice, very knowledgeable owners are onsite to steer you in the right direction. They have everything; the green stuff, gummies, tinctures, drinks, cocktail mixers, pet supplements, candles, t-shirts, and more! If you need pain relief, have insomnia, need post-workout recovery, need a non-THC product for those who have to test on occasion, or just need to chill, they got you! And the prices are decent too. Unfortunately, this location has consistently fallen short in several areas. Pre-orders are often not ready upon arrival, and I've run into repeated issues with pricing, discount application, and general organization within the store. It's no longer clear where to wait, or where to pay--especially when it's busy. Long wait times are common, and the overall flow of the store seems inefficient. The staff experience is hit or miss. While there are a few team members who are helpful and pleasant, others appear visibly unhappy to be there. One particular attendant stands out due to repeated encounters that have been stressful rather than supportive. The tone is often unnecessarily loud or abrupt--something I've witnessed with other customers as well. On a recent visit, in the middle of a rain storm, I was directed (rather forcefully) to move my car despite the parking lot being nearly empty because I had parked in curb side pick up parking. The signs are small and not visible to someone backing in. While I understand policies exist, the delivery of that message could've been much more respectful and professional without screaming across the parking lot. This is a dispensary--many people come here for medical purposes or simply to have a calm, pleasant experience. The atmosphere should reflect that, and lately it feels far from it. Each time I return, I notice fewer employees, fewer customers, and more tension in the air. The only reason I continue coming here is convenience. But I've started to seriously consider making the extra trip to a location where the experience is more in line with what a dispensary should be--calm, organized, and customer-focused.

This morning I get a call from Tina at Nat Sherman who says their online price was an error and they cannot honor that price for any of my order but they'd be happy to charge me more than 10% higher than anyone else online and throw in a free cigar and free shipping. I cannot remember the last time a business would not honor their posted price. I also cannot remember the last time a store has pulled such a scam. Shame on you Nat Sherman.
