She handled the passport renewal, took her photo, and told us she'd notify us when everything was ready. I picked up the passport when told it was ready, but Julie wasn't there. Another staff member handed it to me after making a copy, and we trusted that everything was complete. Jenny didn't find out until she was at the airport for a red‑eye flight that the visa was never placed in her passport. She was nearly denied boarding and had to apply for an emergency visa on the spot. It was incredibly stressful and cost us extra money due to their error. When she called Julie afterward, LL Travel refused to reimburse her and claimed they tried to contact her. We were never notified ahead of time that the visa was missing or needed to be picked up separately. Mistakes happen--but refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This was careless handling of important travel documents, and their response showed a lack of accountability. I would not trust LL Travel again. Proceed with caution.

Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing! We called Biksee and texted her, requesting that she get back to us but she never returned our call or text. WE DO NOT recommend using Signature Travel and Tours.

Linda not only got me sorted, but also helped me re-take my passport photo on the spot. Had I not mistakenly slipped up on some paper work, I would have had my passport in two days.
